Despite the strange wording on the website, this certificate of analysis appears to show that this product does indeed have the stated level of cbd, about 10 mg per dropper.  It is confounding therefore, why they have tried to conflate cbd oil and hemp oil, even using ‘phytocannabinoid hemp oil’ on the ingredients label rather than just saying, cbd content.

I recommend the following guide. Start out slow with 5 drops twice a day for the first week. Hold the drops under your tongue for 90 seconds, use a mirror so you can SEE how many drops you are using. By week 2 or 3, go up to 10 drops twice a day. By week 4, you can go up to 20 drops twice a day. Everyone is different, and results may vary so we recommend that you explore what works best for you. We also suggest you consult your doctor or physician for dosage recommendations.
1. Is Hempworx a scam? No. CBD oil scams do exist whereby consumers are deceived and grossly overcharged for a poor quality product. Hempworx is a real product of reasonably good quality that is sold to customers that willingly purchase it. Hempworx does sell its products through multi-level marketing (MLM). This is the same sales strategy used by companies like Avon, Doterra, Rodan & Fields, Advocare and a host of others. Each sale is credited to one of their affiliates who receive a commission for the sale. Affiliates are also incented to recruit new affiliates to sell the product. While the MLM business model can be controversial and the authenticity of testimonials from those selling the product can be questioned, that doesn’t make it a scam.
Look for products that show how much CBD (or cannabidiol, its full name) you get not just in the whole bottle but in each dose, says Lee, from Project CBD. Dosages, which are expressed in milligrams, or mgs, vary considerably depending on the form of the product, and experts often suggest starting with products that have relatively low doses. For example, with tinctures, consider a product that has just 10 mg per dose, says Mitch Earleywine, Ph.D., a professor of psychology at the University at Albany, State University of New York. (Read more about the safe use of CBD.)
I have auto immune disease, rheumatoid arthritis, spinal stenosis, spinal scoliosis, bulging discs on nerve roots, chronic pain, neuropathy, depression, anxiety. I am/was on five pharma meds: Ralivia 100mg, Cymbalta 60mg, Tecta 40mg, Paxil 30mg and Hydromorphone 1mg (as needed). I am a walking chemical! And I believe I have found a solution!!! I now have HOPE! for the first time in nine years. I have been 'permanently disabled' for over seven. I was in constant pain! I was so disheartened that my life had become almost unbearable!
In 1996, a study published in the clinical journal Nature found that chocolate contains thre...e fatty acid compounds that bind directly to cannabinoid receptors or indirectly act on them through increased anandamide levels (by inhibiting the FAAH enzyme). The endocannabinoid anandamide, which is commonly called “natural tetrahydrocannabinol” (or THC), is “a brain lipid that binds to cannabinoid receptors with high affinity and mimics the psychoactive effects of plant-derived cannabinoid drugs.” This suggests that certain chocolate compounds act on the same receptors as cannabis does. Though some researchers today question whether the compounds actually do bind to the receptors directly, the majority agree that chocolate does increase anandamide levels, thus affecting them indirectly.

So I went about doing my own due diligence on each of these 7 concerns and here’s what I learned: I learned about the products and that they were advertised as very high quality - organic, non-gmo, made with hemp grown in Kentucky USA and came with a 30 day empty bottle guarantee. So far so good. Then I looked for HempWorx Reviews for people that have tried the product so I could see direct feedback. I was frankly astounded by how many positive reviews there were for people getting serious results from anything from chronic pain, anxiety, diabetes, poor sleep and more. But were these reviews legit? Well, they were all from Facebook where there is an actual photo of the reviewer and an unsolicited post in their own words. So, as far as testimonials go, it is probably as solid as it gets because the reviewer can be contacted directly to confirm the results. I ended up compiling my own group of HempWorx reviews from Facebook users and posted them on 5 separate pages -here is one of those pages you can view at CBD Oil for Pain.

HempWorx also prides itself on having 100% non-GMO and organic products. As well as this, they also cultivate and manufacture all of these right here in the U.S.A. All of the hemp plants they use for their products are grown in Kentucky, and HempWorx keeps their customers regularly updated on the lab testing process and verification methods they employ.
Many people rightly ask, “Is the HempWorx Affiliate Program Legit?” Fair question because there are so many scams out there when it comes to business opportunities. But who can give you an honest review you can trust? I saw a post in a reddit forum stating, “HempWorx is a scam because it is MLM.” This person automatically called it a scam solely because it’s an MLM program. Is that a fair judgement?
The results people experience when they start using the CBD oil is what is driving the massive growth. Hemp is an amazing plant and full of beneficial properties. The testimonials I hear every day are amazing. Once you enroll, I can add you to the Hempworx Facebook Group where we all share our stories. If you would like to read some of the results people are experiencing CLICK HERE.
The Trump administration doesn’t want to see hemp expanded nationwide in the next Farm Bill because of concerns about overproduction, an official said Wednesday. Greg Ibach, undersecretary for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, said current hemp regulations are “fairly narrow” and that the Trump administration doesn’t necessarily want to see that change when the Farm […]

All Hempworx Distributors can sell all of the other My Daily Choice products worldwide. If you like those products you may want to get started that way.  This was the last PDF Hempworx distributed. If you scroll down the PDF file, near the end, you will see the timetable for reentering the EU, Canada, and Ghana. Hempworx missed the July target date to begin shipping to Canada.
We would also love to connect you with an incredible mentor of ours, Robert Hollis, whose wife introduced this affiliate program to us.  If you join our HempWorx team of affiliates, you will get to partner with Robert and Teri Hollis, and become part of their network as well.  Click here to learn more about Robert Hollis and how he helps people succeed!
Yes, with some caveats.  CBD and CBDa is legal in most states of the United States as long as it comes along with no more than 0.03% thc.  CBD all by itself, is pretty much legal everywhere.  However, you could still run into legal problems if you have a cop or court which is hell-bent on charging people with violation of marijuana laws or even laws about where you can buy non-psychoactive hemp.  This is rare but has happened on occasion.

Of course, the first thing to consider is why you want to take CBD. Though it’s being touted for numerous possible health benefits—and some preliminary research suggests it might help with everything from pain and anxiety to multiple sclerosis and opioid addiction—for now it’s clearly proved to help treat only two rare, but devastating, forms of epilepsy. (Read more about the safe use of CBD.)
Hempworx boasts in this YouTube video that they pay huge commissions (up to 85% of revenue) to their affiliates. That means that up to 85% of the price that people pay is being paid in commissions to the selling affiliate and their “upline” network of other Hempworx affiliates. The video also promises the potential for affiliates to earn iPads, flatscreen TVs, luxury vacations, cruises, diamond watches, $100,000 cash bonuses and even new cars.
A British pharmaceutical company is closer to getting its CBD medicine to the U.S. market with the government’s blessing, a first for the cannabis industry and potential game-changer for all marijuana and cannabidiol producers. A panel of government health advisers gave a unanimous recommendation Thursday to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to approve Epidiolex, […]
Josh Zwagil appears to cross both these lines when he claims in an “opportunity” video that those “looking to go all in and build a full-time income” can do so with his MLM, without disclosing what the company’s Policies and Procedures make abundantly clear — which is that most distributors spend more on products than they earn in the compensation plan (See next section). Top HempWorx distributor Judy Stallings, who has been introduced at conventions as the “first-ever 250K affiliate,” has also used inappropriate income claims to bring people into the MLM, writing on her Facebook page last December:
As one might imagine, this kind of commission plan can lead some Hempworx affiliates to engage in unscrupulous behavior to make sales and earn greater rewards. If you’re on Facebook, you may have seen some of this bad behavior yourself. Examples of bad behavior range from aggressive, pushy sales tactics to making outright untrue statements. We have documented examples of affiliates telling people that Hempworx doesn’t contain THC so can’t lead to a positive drug test and that Hempworx can be legally shipped to Canada. Those claims are not true. There are also reports of Hempworx affiliates pushing people into enrolling in the auto-ship option. With auto-ship, products are automatically shipped out each month to the consumer – something that earns affiliates even greater rewards.
The show was very slow, and as we were starting to pack up we had a freak snow/sleet storm. Nothing stuck to the ground but it was still damp and cold. Mark packed up most of my stuff and loaded it in the car for me.  We went out to dinner after the show, that I came home and just sat on the couch, looking forward to that time when I could take a sleeping pill, and just get some deep rest. I usually don’t like to take sleeping pills or muscle relaxers because I do not want to become dependant on them.

The final concern to address - was the market high growth with not much competition or was it slow growth with a lot of competition or somewhere in between? This was easy and compelling to determine. One look at Google trends showed the clear demand for these products seen in graph below. Another credible source, Forbes, predicts growth of the cannabis industry to be over 700% by 2020 - in fact, no other industry is growing faster. I also looked at the competition and compared the quality of products, their pricing, marketing, etc. and found that HempWorx was a clear leader. But what about competition - was it saturated or was their room to get in and make it work? Using a variety of metric tools, I figured out that it was definitely still quite early to be venturing into this market and the opportunity for growth without a lot of competition will be available for quite some time.

The Best way to take our CBD oil under the tongue. Our CBD oil drops are the most powerful because you place them under your tongue and they absorb right into your bloodstream.  The herbal drops are by far the most concentrated form of CBD because you are getting in sublingually (under the tongue). There’s a 98% absorption rate with the tincture drops because the CBD gets absorbed right into the bloodstream. Count the drops out looking a mirror so as not to waste or take more than needed. Hold for 90 seconds and do not drink or eat for up to 15 minutes to ensure you don’t wash any away. You want as much of the CBD as possible to absorb into the bloodstream. Eating and drinking CBD oil is less effective since the stomach and digestive system break it down and it gets filtered out by liver leaving less CBD available to be absorbed into the bloodstream, and also taking much longer to notice the effects of the CBD.
HempWorx CBD Oil and My Daily Choice have been shipping internationally to more than 85 countries since 2014. With the purest CBD Oil line of products launched in May of 2017, we did not expect the overnight success that this product has become, but we have grown buy adding a new warehouse in Nevada to handle domestic needs and our New York warehouse to handle most international shipping including Canada. CBD is one of the most beneficial products in natural medicine today. We proudly offer shipping to Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and many more countries worldwide.
In terms of price, Hempworx is actually a tad bit cheaper than the majority of the leading CBD oil brands in the U.S. As we went over in the Hempworx product reviews, their 500 mg (15 mL) oil sells for $69, which is just a hair less than our favorite brands (we won’t mention any names in particular for fear of turning this into a “brand pitch,” but you can check out this article if you want to know which brand specifically we’re talking about).
