To date the FDA has only approved one drug containing CBD and that was only after it was shown to meet rigorous scientific standards. Last November, the FDA shipped warning letters to four CBD companies for making unproven health claims. Last summer, Josh Zwagil warned distributors to avoid using words like “cures,” “prevents,” and “treats” in the marketing of HempWorx products because regulators like the FDA are keeping close watch, the Canadian Broadcasting Company reported. This isn’t the first time McConnell or one of his colleagues has introduced such a bill. Actually, it’s the sixth -- similar bills were introduced in 2005, 2007, 2009, 2013 and most recently 2015, only to be stalled each time in congressional committees that couldn’t see the difference between hemp and marijuana (or choose not to). Worx is a complete scam. It is a peer amid multi-level marketing. You have to pay $20 to become a member to buy their product. I have used numerous different CBD products. And I found there is to be pretty much useless. All of the reps will claim that it contains no THC, which is not true, it contains 0.3%. All the reps push so hard just like all the other peer amid scheme’s out there they’re like little robots programmed for sales. Their prices are double than anyone out there. Not impressed at all.
I have suffered from major arthritis pain (degenerative bone disease) I have not been able to open a jar because of the pain in my hands. This has been going on for years. I even have issues with my lower back for years as well. OK basically every joint in my body hurts all the time. I have tried everything from topical gels, very high doses of tylenol and even pain killers.
