I'm in love with the hemp oil. I've had chronic knee pain for 20 yrs from playing soccer in college and it's GONE! I'm a HUGE fan and will be sharing my testimony to everyone. It's a relief to finally have relief from not aching all the time ! I'm a believer! I have had 5 knee surgeries in my life and need 2 more…( soccer goalie) Hempworx is the ONLY thing that's given me relief from the constant aching pain. I'm a true believer in this product!
Yes. All our hemp crops are grown free of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides, so our quality starts with our hemp plants. From the time our hemp oil is harvested to the manufacturing and shipping of our products, we test our hemp oil multiple times to ensure accuracy in potency information and to check for contaminants like pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, and mold, as well as cannabinoid content. We also use a subcritical CO2 method when we extract our hemp oil, instead of harsh solvents. CO2 is a much healthier choice than other potential solvents and is “generally regarded as safe” (GRAS) by the FDA.
Hemp oil is quickly becoming a commonly used ingredient in many cosmetics such as body lotions, soaps and shampoos. Even modest daily usage of hemp oil, whether it is ingested or applied to the skin, has been shown to lead to improvements in skin quality, stronger fingernails and even thicker hair. Hemp oil that is full of cannabidiol (CBD), a cannabinoid with neuroprotectant, antioxidant and other therapeutic qualities, generated $130 million in sales in 2016 and is projected to reach $350 million by 2020.
Like with many MLMs, they normally charge higher for products which you can find at a cheaper price somewhere else. Hempworx is no different. For instance, a 500 mg bottle of hemp oil will cost $69.99, excluding shipping. Customers can just buy this directly from Amazon.com which will be a lot less in terms of cost. Overpriced products are going to make selling very difficult for the distributors.
At these prices I believe most purchasers believe they are buying a CBD containing product for pain control or other conditions. When a product is advertised as "full spectrum" this is what is implied. Do not make the same expensive mistake that I did. This is a hemp seed extract with negligible, if any, CBD. It has no effect for pain control, glaucoma, or other conditions.
HempWorx CBD is an interesting brand that has no issue with transparency in terms of how they operate as a business, and where they source their raw hemp plant material from. Also, one of the main things that stands out to me as that they’re one of the only companies I know of that offers specific dosing guidelines for a range of serious medical conditions. This is a bit odd, however, as they also make it clear that CBD is not approved by the FDA as a medicine, and thus none of their products are designed to “treat, cure, or prevent” any disease.
