Finding a CBD product that’s more than 0.3 percent THC could be tougher. For one thing, you’ll have to be in a state that has legalized marijuana, not just CBD. You’ll also need to go to a state-licensed dispensary to buy it and, in the 20 states that have legalized just the medical use of marijuana, you’ll also have to get a recommendation from a physician. In states that have legalized medical and recreational use—Alaska, California, Colorado, Oregon, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Washington—you don’t need to see a doctor first, but you do need to be over 21. (Maine and Vermont have legalized marijuana for recreational use but have yet to open recreational dispensaries.)

If you do not live inside the United States wait until the company is actually shipping products to your country. Sometimes, new Hempworx Distributors tell me they joined and waiting for the products to be available in their country. It’s now 2019, and no other countries have been opened. Wait until the products are available in your country. After that, you can become a Hempworx Distributor.
No it isn’t. It is a genuine good quality product sold to customers who willingly buy it. The products are sold through multi-level marketing. Companies including Rodan & Fields, Avon, Doterra, and Advocare use the same sales strategy. Every sale is credited to an affiliate who gets a commission for the sale. Affiliates also get paid to recruit new affiliates to sell the product. Though MLM business model can be contentious and the genuineness of testimonials product sellers can be questioned, it doesn’t make it a scam. We did another review on a similar company here.

Hemp, a non-intoxicating form of the plant Cannabis sativa (L.), was outlawed in the U.S. in 1937 when Congress passed the Marihuana Tax Act. Although most states have legalized hemp in some form since, the federal prohibition meant interstate commerce involving the plant and its derivative products remained illegal. Jenelle Kim, co-founder and lead formulator of hemp product manufacturer JBK Wellness Labs, said the prohibition overshadowed thousands of years of hemp usage in human culture. Whether you like it or not, weed is a $1 billion industry. It's not just about smoking it. The flowers and seeds are used for organic body care, health foods, and other nutraceuticals. So there are companies such as Hempworx earning money by selling these hemp based products. You probably know this already and it's why you have searched through several Hempworx reviews.
With the signing of the 2018 Farm Bill, however, that is all about to change. Hemp legalization was first introduced by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, a Republican from industrial hemp-producing Kentucky. The measure, known as Section 7606, ends the Schedule I status of industrial hemp under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA), which categorized the plant as a potentially addictive substance with no medical uses alongside drugs like heroin and ecstasy.
But why is hemp illegal in the first place? After all, America was built on hemp, an industrial crop which contains tiny amounts of THC, the chemical compound in cannabis that produces psychoactive effects. Several Founding Fathers grew hemp. Cultivation of hemp was mandated by law in the Massachusetts, Virginia and Connecticut colonies. Beginning in 1631, hemp was legal tender for paying taxes in many of the American colonies and remained so for state taxes until the early 1800s.
I’ve used several oils before trying Hempworx. Negative reviews are often from other competitors or other MLM companies too. MLM has received a bad rep because of pushy reps and reps that have spammed people for years. It’s unfortunate that people review a product based upon their opinion of MLM reps. If you really take a look at the Hempworx oil, you will see that it is a pure product. The oil does not have any added non-hemp carrier oil. And if you go to an affiliates website, all you need to do is scroll down to the bottom and click on FAQ. You will get a ton of information. I also think people should keep in mind that if you are google searching for reviews on a particular product, pretty much all the “reviews” out there are also affiliates of each of those companies, and when you click on the links provided, they are receiving a percentage of the sale as well.
