Very confused why my bottle does not have a batch number on it so that i can look up the certificate of testing? the person who sold me it said i could check lab testing and i can’t. this is false advertising. doesn’t seem right. on further looking it is an MLM company which makes you think how much the product is really worth if you are paying all the people at different levels. you pay the person who sold it to you and the people above them in the triangle. would rather not. i’m in scotland and over here cbd is now available lots of places. the high street versions aren’t very good. but i don’t want to support an mlm like this so I keep looking. i was drawn in by someone on facebook selling so be aware and be careful!
Reading a little bit more into the “business opportunity”, I quickly realized that it is not an affiliate program. Instead, it’s an MLM company that for some reason or another is trying to make it sound like you’re working as an affiliate marketer instead of building an MLM business. I’m not sure exactly why the company is trying to phrase things like this, it certainly sends up a red flag to me as it should you also.
It was a lung-busting 2017 for the North American cannabis industry, with marijuana executives stateside holding their collective breath wondering whether the new Trump administration would crack down on legal MJ businesses. Amid the uncertainty, Nevada’s new recreational marijuana industry opened in July with skyrocketing sales, while government officials and regulators in California and Canada […]

Federal law first loosened in 2004 when the Hemp Industries Association challenged the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) on a proposed rule that would have prohibited the import of hemp seed and oils for processing and manufacturing in the U.S. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals struck down the DEA rule, allowing manufacturers to continue importing hemp for the creation of finished products like hemp-based foods, beverages and topicals. Although the decision allowed many product manufacturers to continue operating their businesses, the domestic cultivation and harvest of hemp remained prohibited. It wouldn't be the last time the Hemp Industries Association pushed back against the DEA.

By "a few drops a day" what do you mean? It says to "start at" 5 drops and work up to 15, if needed. I hate to talk negative about a product that I have yet to try so don't take it that way. However, 5-15 drops is a huge range and then 2X a day.....that bottle will empty pretty fast. Again, what is "a few drops a day" and how often are you taking a few drops? Thanks for your reply

A growing body of evidence suggests that hemp roots can remove toxins from soil and water better than practically any other plant. Hemp has been proven to absorb heavy metals from soil, including zinc, cadmium, lead and arsenic. Hemp has been used to detoxify the soil around the site of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. Hemp could help address climate change, since it absorbs four times more carbon dioxide than trees while growing in just a fraction of the time.
Cannabidiol and cannabidiolic acid work by binding to various receptor targets throughout the central nervous system and the rest of the body.  Acting at these receptor sites, it exerts influence on the metabolism of various neurotransmitter systems.  It seems like ‘snake oil’ that one compound can have all the beneficial effects listed above; however, cannabinoid receptors exist throughout the nervous system and it is known that such a ubiquitous receptor must be involved in nearly everything the nervous system does, just like serotonin and dopamine receptors.  Dopamine affects pleasure, but also pain.  Anxiety and also relaxation.  Heart contraction and blood pressure.  All of these systems are integrated so cannabinoid receptors will indeed have effects on all of these systems and exogenous cannabinoids from plants can definitely have therapeutic effects which are extensive.
“As we researched hemp food products, the majority of it was as a base ingredient for shakes and smoothies,” says Dolgin. “We believe the next iteration of the hemp market is to go into snack foods, to give it wider penetration into households,” he says. “We’re looking at products like ice cream and beer. We already have a pretty broad product portfolio, and we want to get even more innovative.”
"I have suffered with insomnia, anxiety and chronic back pain for years. With bulging and herniated discs from C3-C6 and T2-T7, I’m like a worm trying to get comfortable in bed for sleep. The pain is related to the insomnia. If I can get comfortable, I might be able to get some sleep. I tried epidural steroid injections in my spine 4 times last year. It still left me with needing more. Then my friend called me with the 750 product saying, 'I know you've been going through the pain, a friend gave this to me to try and it might work for you.'
For even more assurance about a product’s quality, Boyar recommends checking the COA to see whether it says that the lab meets “ISO 17025” standards. That suggests the lab adheres to high scientific standards. Also look to see whether a company uses testing methods validated by one of three respected national standard-setting organizations: the Association of Official Agricultural Chemists (AOAC), the American Herbal Pharmacopoeia (AHP), or the U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP).
Says Dolgin, who worked with state legislatures to help get the bill passed: “What we brought to the table is that we treated hemp as a big agriculture business, not as a few plants in a greenhouse like marijuana.” Justh adds, “For hemp to take its greater place in the agricultural landscape, it needs to be seen as a commodity.” Dolgin sums it up: “We’re very bullish about the food aspect of hemp. It’s right for an American farm to dominate that market, especially in the organic space.”
Unlike some producers of CBD, Fuentes and Barroso never intended to grow their own hemp, which was outlawed in Florida when they began anyway. At the time, Barroso says, it was almost impossible to buy an oil containing only minimal amounts of THC. It's easier now, but supply can still be tricky: "We can't always get 10 55-gallon drums of oil," he says. Green Roads products use a blend of four to five different cannabinoids, using both oils and isolates (concentrated CBD extract in the form of a powder), designed by Fuentes.
You can get started for as little as $59 for the “Entry Pack of Pet Products at $39 + $20 Affiliate Fee,” but as you can see in the image below, you could end up investing as much as $619 for the “Executive Pack at $599 and $20 Affiliate Fee”. Just like many other MLM’s, you must continue buying a pack every single month regardless of if you use it or not.
A topical rub whose proven ingredients are quickly absorbed through the skin to help melt away tension, muscle aches, joint pains, and symptoms related to rheumatoid arthritis. In fact, HempWorx advertises that CBD products (not Relief Icy Rub, specifically) have been shown to help relieve pain more effectively than opioid painkillers in some instances:
In the medical cannabis community, CBD is the one that is frequently talk about as it is the chemical that is most often associated with providing medical relief for various symptoms of diseases. It’s been proven to be especially effective for illnesses related to the brain and immune system. Because of this, CBD has been gaining more and more popularity as more people are exposed to the possible benefits that medical cannabis may have.

Although it’s constantly mistaken for cannabis, and it comes from the same plant, hemp is not the same product. While marijuana is bred to include potent amounts of THC, hemp has only trace amounts—it contains less than 0.3 percent of the hallucinogen. “You could smoke a football field of hemp and you wouldn’t get high, you’d get a headache,” is how Dolgin describes it. Still, when it planted its first seeds, JD Farms had to install an armed guard. (Until they’re planted in the ground, hemp seeds are considered a Schedule I narcotic, according to Dolgin.)

Thanks for the FAIR review of HempWorx Jay. There has often been a lot of confusion between Affiliate Marketing, MLM and Pyramid Schemes. Your efforts to through clear light on HempWorx may save a lot of innocent people who get duped by such companies. I myself had very bad experience with such MLM companies earlier. Your # 1 Recommendation Programme seems to be much authentic. Thanks for the Review.

Unlike hemp-derived CBD products, those made from marijuana must undergo testing—at least in states that permit medical and recreational use of marijuana. In some of those states, dispensary staff are supposed to have the COAs available and be willing to share them with you. If they aren’t, or the COA is not available, go to another dispensary or choose another product.
In addition to THC, Meyer and consumers also need to worry about whether CBD products have contaminants. That’s because cannabis plants readily absorb heavy metals, pesticides, and other potentially harmful chemicals that may be in the soil or water, says Kyle Boyar, a cannabis scientist at Medicinal Genomics, a company that develops tests that help labs comply with state rules. To protect against that risk, cannabis plants should be tested frequently while they are growing, and finished products should be tested, using validated methods, too, Boyar says.
To date the FDA has only approved one drug containing CBD and that was only after it was shown to meet rigorous scientific standards. Last November, the FDA shipped warning letters to four CBD companies for making unproven health claims. Last summer, Josh Zwagil warned distributors to avoid using words like “cures,” “prevents,” and “treats” in the marketing of HempWorx products because regulators like the FDA are keeping close watch, the Canadian Broadcasting Company reported. Clearly, that message was not received by all distributors. (See more on the legal issue in the last section of this article.)
Thanks Barbara, This is really helpful. Unfortunately, I have read another review that stated they hadn't been paid either and they had a difficult time getting support. The first red flag was that they state that CBD oil is legal in all states. It is not. Yikes on Trump support too. Although I have not seen any internet research to support that statement, it puts a sour taste in my mouth. Thanks!
