I had the worst experience with Hempworx! Feel totally scammed. They took forever to fix any issues still owe me commissions and then after a month of joining they stop shipping to Canada after they were doing it for 9 months! Suddenly they are not authorized here?! Put many of us at risk now supposedly they have found a company to get us all prescription cards?! Make everyone pay $150 to do this and in meantime I have copies of posts from Jenna one of owners stating 'We don't need Canada'. Well that was the last straw for this Canadian and she also publicly supports Trump so buyers beware wish I knew all this before!
Tinctures – Typically tinctures are small glass or plastic “dropper” bottles that have cannabidiol oil mixed with a preserving solution such as alcohol. Tinctures were very a very common way to ingest botanical oils prior to the industrial revolution and are experiencing a resurgence in popularity as more people are looking for natural remedies. Tinctures with droppers allow you to put a few drops in your tea, under your tongue, or to bake the oil directly into your food.
Finding a CBD product that’s more than 0.3 percent THC could be tougher. For one thing, you’ll have to be in a state that has legalized marijuana, not just CBD. You’ll also need to go to a state-licensed dispensary to buy it and, in the 20 states that have legalized just the medical use of marijuana, you’ll also have to get a recommendation from a physician. In states that have legalized medical and recreational use—Alaska, California, Colorado, Oregon, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Washington—you don’t need to see a doctor first, but you do need to be over 21. (Maine and Vermont have legalized marijuana for recreational use but have yet to open recreational dispensaries.)
The amount of milligrams of CBD you should take depends on your specific reason for taking CBD. If you are using CBD to treat chronic pain, you might take a much higher dose than someone who would be using CBD for general wellness reasons. Google search for your specific condition or reason for taking CBD to find the dose that is appropriate for you. You can take CBD in high qualities, so feel free to test out different dosages and see how your body reacts. A standard dose of CBD is 10 mg once a day, but this varies so widely because each individual is different so this can’t be taken as a recommendation for you.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions didn’t have hemp in mind when he repealed Obama-era protections for state-legal marijuana businesses. But his Jan. 4 announcement sent shock waves into the hemp industry, too, leaving entrepreneurs scrambling to reassure skittish investors. It’s been a rocky couple of weeks for hemp entrepreneurs. That’s despite the fact that hemp’s legal […]
In 1937, federal prohibition of cannabis as we know it today began with the Marihuana Tax Act. Some believe that the anti-cannabis campaign was a joint effort by Andrew Mellon, William Randolph Hearst and Pierre Du Pont to protect their business interests in petrochemicals, paper, cotton and nylon, all of which faced serious competition from hemp alternatives. Others believe that the crusade against cannabis was fueled by racism and the desire to demonize Mexican immigrants. In either case, the plant should never have been outlawed.
CBD is considered to be undetectable in saliva or urine tests, though there remains a rare instance that the small trace amounts of THC may be detected. All of our products comply with all regulations regarding minimal THC content, and our full-spectrum hemp oil contains less than .03% of THC by volume, as required by law. However, we recommend you check with your employer.

Testimonial of my 89-year-old Mom ~ I started giving my Mom 5 drops am and pm on the CBD 2 month ago. She had major signs of dementia. She could not remember dates she would ask me minimum 3x a day questions I had already told her she would sleep all day and up all night. Well, she is now as swift as when she was 85 remembers her dates talks about yesterday with recollection. Sleeps Nights and up through the day. My sister was talking to my Mom last week over the phone then asked to talk to me and said Lynda do not ever take Mom off the CBD, my god, she remembers like she use to After I hung up the phone I teared of joy! Also, I noticed my Mothers eyes are crystal clear.I want to thank God for giving us this amazing hemp plant with pure CBD to heal our Bodies I am more than amazed by all these results. I have My mom back and she is no longer in the sadness of this horrible sickness Dementia  –Lynda Bourgeois
Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the numerous compounds found in the cannabis plant. CBD oil can be obtained from two different species of cannabinoids: marijuana and hemp, which come from the same plant species called Cannabis sativa. Hemp-based CBD oil products have a lower delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration, while marijuana-derived CBD oil products have a relatively high concentration of THC.  Therefor, marijuana-based CBD products can be used only when they are prescribed by doctors while hemp-based CBD oils do not normally require a prescription.
For products made with CBD from hemp, even Colorado doesn’t require testing of the finished product. So any COA for those final products comes from testing the company arranged on its own. Though not all manufacturers take that step, many do, Lanier says. That includes even some companies that use imported hemp, such as CV Sciences, which makes Plus CBD Oil from hemp grown in Holland.

Very confused why my bottle does not have a batch number on it so that i can look up the certificate of testing? the person who sold me it said i could check lab testing and i can’t. this is false advertising. doesn’t seem right. on further looking it is an MLM company which makes you think how much the product is really worth if you are paying all the people at different levels. you pay the person who sold it to you and the people above them in the triangle. would rather not. i’m in scotland and over here cbd is now available lots of places. the high street versions aren’t very good. but i don’t want to support an mlm like this so I keep looking. i was drawn in by someone on facebook selling so be aware and be careful!
