Again, this business opportunity claims to be an affiliate model, but as you can see from the prices above, the fact that you must recruit others to your “team,” and the fact that you must buy a product from the company before you can ever earn any money from them, it’s easy to see that this is in fact an MLM business model rather than an affiliate one.
As far as legalities, our company follows FDA laws. Hempworx is legal in every single state. The CBD is derived from HEMP and not marijuana. CBD derived from marijuana is illegal in almost every state. Hempqorx made 7 Million in the first year and 100 MILLION in 2018 and the company is 100% debt free. It was just named the number one MLM company in the world.
In every business opportunity there will be those who are hard chargers and become wildly successful and of course, you have the opposite as well. MLM companies prey on that human frailty. You can have the best product out there but if you offer it in an MLM format decent people will rarely become involved after they understand what it really means.

Once you are into your back office, you will see it is branded as MyDailyChoice. MyDailyChoice is the affiliate arm of the HempWorx business and is a leader in affiliate programs for health products. HempWorx and MyDailyChoice have partnered to provide the top CBD products business opportunity for quality products, highest paying compensation plan, and proven marketing systems including your own websites.
So I went about doing my own due diligence on each of these 7 concerns and here’s what I learned: I learned about the products and that they were advertised as very high quality - organic, non-gmo, made with hemp grown in Kentucky USA and came with a 30 day empty bottle guarantee. So far so good. Then I looked for HempWorx Reviews for people that have tried the product so I could see direct feedback. I was frankly astounded by how many positive reviews there were for people getting serious results from anything from chronic pain, anxiety, diabetes, poor sleep and more. But were these reviews legit? Well, they were all from Facebook where there is an actual photo of the reviewer and an unsolicited post in their own words. So, as far as testimonials go, it is probably as solid as it gets because the reviewer can be contacted directly to confirm the results. I ended up compiling my own group of HempWorx reviews from Facebook users and posted them on 5 separate pages -here is one of those pages you can view at CBD Oil for Pain.
The interest and preference for botanical remedies such as CBD oil over harsh pharmaceuticals are growing rapidly. You can read scientific research on the promise of CBD Oil at NCBI. While North America is taking the lead legalizing cannabis and hemp the rest of the world is starting to question their stance on prohibition because of the undeniable benefits. While all talk about plant-based remedies may seem very new, using cannabis/hemp tinctures as a holistic remedy is a generations-old tradition. It was very common to use tinctures of cannabis oil in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. We are enjoying a renaissance in ancestral health where we are open again to remedies that were all but forgotten about in the mad race to make medicines a pill offered by a faceless often unaccountable corporation.
In 1996, a study published in the clinical journal Nature found that chocolate contains thre...e fatty acid compounds that bind directly to cannabinoid receptors or indirectly act on them through increased anandamide levels (by inhibiting the FAAH enzyme). The endocannabinoid anandamide, which is commonly called “natural tetrahydrocannabinol” (or THC), is “a brain lipid that binds to cannabinoid receptors with high affinity and mimics the psychoactive effects of plant-derived cannabinoid drugs.” This suggests that certain chocolate compounds act on the same receptors as cannabis does. Though some researchers today question whether the compounds actually do bind to the receptors directly, the majority agree that chocolate does increase anandamide levels, thus affecting them indirectly.
Some research suggests that in some people, CBD may work better when it’s combined with at least a little THC, says Martin Lee, director of Project CBD, an advocacy group that supports CBD research and the author of "Smoke Signals: A Social History of Marijuana—Medical, Recreational, and Scientific" (Scribner, 2012). This is called the “entourage effect,” Lee says, the idea that the sum of the two chemicals, plus other related compounds in the plant, is greater than their individual parts.
They make selling it look SO amazing and SO easy to start making money. They pull you in their trap and don’t help you at all like they say they’re going to. I spent $234 on my first order.. Made only $28 the first month, and then $49 the next month. Bought another $70 worth of bullshit & I haven’t made anything. I watched all the training videos, posted daily, but still nothing! Unless you want to be on your phone constantly, lose money, and be tricked into this business. DON’T DO IT. Don’t sign up as an affiliate you are wasting your money.

Many people rightly ask, “Is the HempWorx Affiliate Program Legit?” Fair question because there are so many scams out there when it comes to business opportunities. But who can give you an honest review you can trust? I saw a post in a reddit forum stating, “HempWorx is a scam because it is MLM.” This person automatically called it a scam solely because it’s an MLM program. Is that a fair judgement?
I DID go off my opioids! Next week I am halving my Cymbalta with the aim of going off it as well! I simply cannot believe how I feel! My depression is relieved, my anxiety lessened. I did have tension headaches when I started the drops but I was SO nervous about withdrawal symptoms I was making myself anxious! The headaches are now gone. I have energy! Water retention gone! Slight decrease in appetite! Very little pain! No morning stiffness! I am happy! I am content! I am so blessed to have found this company! I can't say enough about how good I feel. I know I sound like a cheesy ad for this company but quite sincerely? I never thought I would feel this good again. I am both speechless and yelling from the rooftops at the same time! I actually knelt down for the first time in 15 years without a knife in my right knee! I have an ACL injury (1990s) and water on the knee, and I knelt down and vacuumed under the bed! Heck, I changed the sheets AND vacuumed in the SAME DAY! If you have pain, you know how special THAT is!!
Of course, the first thing to consider is why you want to take CBD. Though it’s being touted for numerous possible health benefits—and some preliminary research suggests it might help with everything from pain and anxiety to multiple sclerosis and opioid addiction—for now it’s clearly proved to help treat only two rare, but devastating, forms of epilepsy. (Read more about the safe use of CBD.)
Hi, I've just purchased the 750mg oil drops and when I receive it I am hoping it will help my husband's MS pain and my athritis and Trigeminal Neuralgia pain. Both have anxiety so we should become calm together. We hail from Hervey Bay Queensland, Australia. This is our last hope fr pain relief without opiods which we are unable o access due to new government restrictions. Thank you and fingers crossed.

The Hemp Industries Association (HIA) reported total U.S. retail sales of hemp products of nearly $700 million in 2016. HIA claims that U.S. hemp retail sales have grown by about 10% to more than 20% annually since 2011. Mostly, this growth is attributable to sales of hemp-based care products, supplements, and foods. Together, these categories accounted for more than two-thirds of the value of U.S. retail sales in 2016.
Unlike hemp-derived CBD products, those made from marijuana must undergo testing—at least in states that permit medical and recreational use of marijuana. In some of those states, dispensary staff are supposed to have the COAs available and be willing to share them with you. If they aren’t, or the COA is not available, go to another dispensary or choose another product.
2. Is Hempworx a pyramid scheme? No. Pyramid schemes involve paying commissions to people to bring in new recruits. The new recruits typically have to pay an upfront fee that enriches those that are higher in the pyramid. In many cases, a product doesn’t even exist. The scheme continues until they can no longer get enough new recruits to fund the operation. Again, Hempworx has a real product that is being sold. They charge a small fee ($20) to become a Hempworx affiliate but the focus is on making real sales. So by all accounts, Hempworx is not a pyramid scheme.
HempWorx did not come into the picture until May 2017, when it merged into My Daily Choice and became its flagship product, supplementing the line of “nutritional sprays” promoted for everything from weight loss (Trim 365) to cognitive function (simply, Brain). The idea for HempWorx came in the waiting room of a doctor’s office. “I was really sick,” Josh’s wife, Jenna Zwagil, said in a recent interview in which she recounted the visit. As the story goes, in 2014, she was diagnosed with celiac disease. She cut gluten out of her diet but wasn’t getting better. As she waited to be called in for her appointment, she started reading an article on her phone on “the power of cannabis” in treating autoimmune disorders like hers. When she finished the article, she said, she walked out of the office without seeing the doctor to immediately seek out cannabidiol or CBD. Josh and Jenna Zwagil’s “How We Met” story, posted on a shared Facebook account, picks it up from there:

Very confused why my bottle does not have a batch number on it so that i can look up the certificate of testing? the person who sold me it said i could check lab testing and i can’t. this is false advertising. doesn’t seem right. on further looking it is an MLM company which makes you think how much the product is really worth if you are paying all the people at different levels. you pay the person who sold it to you and the people above them in the triangle. would rather not. i’m in scotland and over here cbd is now available lots of places. the high street versions aren’t very good. but i don’t want to support an mlm like this so I keep looking. i was drawn in by someone on facebook selling so be aware and be careful!
