First, as I mentioned above, CBD products are technically still illegal in many areas, or they at least require a prescription for you to be able to possess them. Sadly, many people believe that it is legal to possess CBD products anywhere because they are made from hemp and contain little to no THC. Not only that, but HempWorx claims that it’s 100% legal to own these products anywhere. What they may not tell you however, is that just recently they stopped selling their products to people living in Canada.  As this news article confirms, HempWorx claimed that it was 100% legal to use and possess their products in Canada, but after a government investigation, they quickly stopped selling their products to Canadians.

Says Dolgin, who worked with state legislatures to help get the bill passed: “What we brought to the table is that we treated hemp as a big agriculture business, not as a few plants in a greenhouse like marijuana.” Justh adds, “For hemp to take its greater place in the agricultural landscape, it needs to be seen as a commodity.” Dolgin sums it up: “We’re very bullish about the food aspect of hemp. It’s right for an American farm to dominate that market, especially in the organic space.”

The thing about HempWorx is that they really don’t make things easy for the customer. Although the affiliate programme seems like a great idea, it does play into HempWorx’ pyramid business model. You receive a free product by referring a friend, and three of their friends then have to purchase the HempWorx products. For us, not listing pricing on the website is a bit of a red flag.
Aqua, Allantoin, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf, Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, Cetearyl Glucoside, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Cetyl Alcohol, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Oil, Polea Europea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Caprylic Capric Triglyceride, Cannabis Sativa (Hemp Seed Oil), Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Butyrospermum Parkii, Stearyl Alcohol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Gluconolactone, Sodium Benzoate, Calcium Gluconate, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Phytocelltec Malus Domestica
In sum, I would say the HempWorx affiliate program is as good as it gets. And I say that not because I am an affiliate but because I have done the extensive research and backed it up with facts. In addition, I have experienced the company, the products, the market, my customers, the competition and more first hand, not by guesswork. I am happy to answer any of your follow up questions to help you determine if this opportunity is a good fit for you. If you are interested, you can get started taking the HempWorx affiliate program free tour.
The price of the 500mg bottle of Hempworx CBD oil is $69 plus shipping. That’s $0.14 per milligram of CBD before shipping cost. The 750mg bottle is $89 plus shipping or $0.12 per milligram of CBD. By MLM standards, that price per milligram is not outrageous. But it’s still significantly higher in price than comparable CBD oil products from reputable companies like Lazarus Naturals, cbdMD, CBDistillery and others. Click here to compare the price of Hempworx to our recommended CBD oil brands.
The interest and preference for botanical remedies such as CBD oil over harsh pharmaceuticals are growing rapidly. You can read scientific research on the promise of CBD Oil at NCBI. While North America is taking the lead legalizing cannabis and hemp the rest of the world is starting to question their stance on prohibition because of the undeniable benefits. While all talk about plant-based remedies may seem very new, using cannabis/hemp tinctures as a holistic remedy is a generations-old tradition. It was very common to use tinctures of cannabis oil in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. We are enjoying a renaissance in ancestral health where we are open again to remedies that were all but forgotten about in the mad race to make medicines a pill offered by a faceless often unaccountable corporation.
2. Is Hempworx a pyramid scheme? No. Pyramid schemes involve paying commissions to people to bring in new recruits. The new recruits typically have to pay an upfront fee that enriches those that are higher in the pyramid. In many cases, a product doesn’t even exist. The scheme continues until they can no longer get enough new recruits to fund the operation. Again, Hempworx has a real product that is being sold. They charge a small fee ($20) to become a Hempworx affiliate but the focus is on making real sales. So by all accounts, Hempworx is not a pyramid scheme.

Hempworx provides Distributors with a variety of lead capture and product specific pages. You can enroll free below and take a tour of the distributor back office. I recently posted a new training call, “Your First 15-minutes as a Hempworx Distributor“. That training includes a 15-minute video of the back office and a discussion about Hempworx Leads and support that is exclusive to my team.

One company that’s paying attention to JD Farms is Whole Foods Market Inc. According to one of its senior global grocery buyers, David Lafferty, “shoppers are seeking out hemp products more than ever, thanks to both product innovation and the increased promotion of hemp’s nutritional benefits by food brands.” JD Farms has teamed with Satur Farms—the Long Island-based supplier of gourmet greens and vegetables—on a baby greens mix of kale and hemp that will be available at Whole Foods throughout the Northeast by the end of July. The salad’s sharp leaves are vaguely reminiscent of pot and have a similar sharp, almost minty flavor. Co-owner Paulette Satur describes the flavor as “lemony,” and is optimistic about the project. “We decided it fits in well with kale in terms of texture and its being chockablock with health benefits. And we’re the first to offer baby hemp leaves in the U.S., which is exciting.” Of the slight, physical resemblance hemp shares with pot leaves, Satur jokes, “Maybe this is a good way to get older kids to eat their vegetables.”

There was another reason hemp appealed to the pair: its potential to be the next runaway hit food product, the next kale. “Mark and I both live pretty healthy, active lifestyles,” remarks Dolgin. “We both knew that hemp was on its way to becoming a superfood, in that category of flax and chia seeds. We saw a sustainable long-term play in that market.” Hemp flour products are high in protein (only soybeans have more), and hemp contains 20 amino acids, including nine that the body doesn’t produce. Among its reputed health benefits: immune-system booster, weight suppressant (because it’s high in fiber), and an ability to lower blood pressure and cholesterol. It’s popular with vegetarians because it’s high in the fatty acids omega-3—found in good-for-you fish like salmon—and omega-6.
And those choices are soon likely to become even more confusing: The CBD market is expected to multiply at least sevenfold by 2021, to $2.15 billion, up from $292 million in 2016, according to the Brightfield Group, a market research firm that specializes in cannabis. Even Coca-Cola says it’s “closely watching” the growing interest in CBD and its potential as an ingredient in some of the company’s beverages.
Upscale specialty retailer Barneys New York announced plans to sell CBD-infused products and cannabis accessories in a new “luxury” head shop called The High End, the latest mainstream company to capitalize on the hemp and marijuana industries. The shop will open in March inside the Barneys flagship store in the tony Southern California town of […]
Ten years later, the 2014 Farm Bill established pilot programs in which universities and state agencies could grow industrial hemp, defined as containing less than 0.3 percent THC, for research purposes. It would be the first time since the 1937 law was passed that hemp could be legally cultivated and harvested in the U.S. The commercial cultivation, harvest and processing of hemp, however, remained federally illegal.

These are some of the medications I was able to stop taking with the help of CBD oil. And of course, each of these medications came with a whole slew of nasty side effects…most of these medications was for my Ulcerative Colitis. I was also taking Asacol HD 800Mg (3x/day)…guess what side effects I have with CBD oil? 0…NONE…other than feeling more like myself, more relaxed, less anxiety, and no more UC flares, no joint pain…I was a slave to these medications for almost 2-3 years before I decided to take my health into MY OWN HANDS…it was MY personal choice to do so. I knew there had to be a better way than slowly ravaging my body and organs with toxic pharmaceutical pills…I am SO happy that I found the right cbd oil that works for me. I did alot of research, did my homework, tried different cbd oils, and didn’t get any relief til I tried HempWorx.

No exaggeration our life journey is enjoyable again because of HEMPWORX My husband has PTSD and Parkinson's diease. He has been on CBD oil for 9 months. The first stint on the oil was for approximately three months, his tremors reduced dramatically and anxiety all but disappeared. Then he ran out. OMG never again, the tremors came back and the PTSD kicked straight back in. That was six weeks at absolute hell. Sleep deprivation, back to living like a hermit not wanting to go out, definitely no social life. Life is hard with Parkinson's, the tremors stop him from wanting to be in public. Roll on to the next shipment and a change to Hempworx. The change is dramatic, we are back to being able to go out for dinner again, Doug will now chose to socialise instead of always saying 'no'. Being able to hold a cup of coffee without wearing it, being able to cut up his food without help, being told by the neurologist he does not need to see him for twelve months. I have and never will have a problem caring for my husband, the love between us is strong and he is worth every second of my time but in the harder times the joy of living can be lost for both of us. BTW he takes 10 drops morning and night. Because of Hempworx our life journey is enjoyable again.
That $100 million could soon be going back to American farmers and businesses, thanks to the recent introduction of the Hemp Farming Act of 2018 by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY). The bill, announced by McConnell and supported by a bipartisan group of senators, would “legalize hemp as an agricultural commodity and remove it from the list of controlled substances.”
While distributors talk about getting out of debt and achieving “financial freedom” with HempWorx/My Daily Choice, the companies’ shared 21-page Policies and Procedures says it’s “very possible” you will not make any money at all as a distributor. In fact, it states that most distributors “earn less money each month in the compensation plan than they are paying for their products.” To put that more bluntly, most distributors lose money.
HempWorx uses only industrial, GMO-free Kentucky hemp grown using organic methods under the 2014 Farm Bill and the Government Pilot Program for Hemp Research. The result is high potency and consistency in each compound processed via solvent-free CO2 extraction. They offer powerful, full spectrum oils as well as THC-free tinctures (Note that all HempWorx’s full spectrum oils fall at or below the federal allotment for THC levels). Each oil is available in two concentrations in cinnamon, peppermint, and natural flavors. No artificial colors or flavors are present in any of their offerings. The innovative topicals include high-end skincare varieties rich in healing properties. The powerful anti-aging cream treats wrinkles with 50 mg CBD, while their Revive cream includes other anti-agers like collagen and retinol. HempWorx’s pet line features dog treats that are soy-free, grain-free, and corn-free plus oil tinctures for pain/anxiety relief. One of their most popular products is the hemp-infused coffee, a delicious way to enjoy CBD benefits. And the best part is the CBD Keto Coffee Creamer that goes along with it! This savory addition is gluten-free, Keto, vegan, and sugar-free: a great way to add CBD to a daily health regimen in a tasty way.
While distributors have proclaimed HempWorx’s cannabis products as “legal in all 50 states,” and Josh Zwagil has said that it’s “100 percent legal” to ship them across state lines (more on this in the next section), the contract advises that distributors nevertheless “consult with an attorney regarding the extent of their personal legal liability with respect to their independent businesses,” noting that “laws differ according to jurisdiction.”
CBD is one of over 60 compounds found in cannabis that belong to a class of ingredients called cannabinoids. Until recently, THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) was getting most of the attention because it’s the ingredient in cannabis that produces mind-altering effects in users, but CBD is also present in high concentrations — and the medical world is realizing that its list of medical benefits continues to grow.
But I find that it's easier to promote products from companies people already know and trust like Amazon. Fortunately, My Best Work At Home Recommendation can teach you how to make money with companies like Amazon and others. And the great thing, you can try it for FREE before making any investment in this business. So you may want to consider this option.
Like any CBD company, HempWorx sell CBD oils. The oils come in three flavours: Natural, Cinnamon, and Peppermint. None of these are made using artificial flavours or sweeteners. The oils are full-spectrum, meaning they contain a full range of cannabinoids from the plant. However, HempWorx also sell a THC-free version if you are worried about the effects of THC.
Whether you like it or not, weed is a $1 billion industry. It's not just about smoking it. The flowers and seeds are used for organic body care, health foods, and other nutraceuticals. So there are companies such as Hempworx earning money by selling these hemp based products. You probably know this already and it's why you have searched through several Hempworx reviews.
Overall, based on my personal HempWorx CBD oil review I would probably recommend HempWorx for people who have been (or plan on) using CBD as a routine daily treatment. Their 750 CBD oil was pretty effective for may anxiety and panic attacks, and it definitely helped me get to sleep in the evenings where I was having more intense episodes than normal.
