On Dec. 20, President Donald Trump signed the 2018 Farm Bill, an annual piece of legislation that governs regulations and funding across the entire agriculture industry of the U.S. Naturally, such a bill has sweeping effects that have significant implications on both the U.S. economy and food production. This year, however, there is one measure that especially stands out: federal hemp legalization.
The price of the 500mg bottle of Hempworx CBD oil is $69 plus shipping. That’s $0.14 per milligram of CBD before shipping cost. The 750mg bottle is $89 plus shipping or $0.12 per milligram of CBD. By MLM standards, that price per milligram is not outrageous. But it’s still significantly higher in price than comparable CBD oil products from reputable companies like Lazarus Naturals, cbdMD, CBDistillery and others. You can Diane, but more is not better. It is best to start out slow using the 500 mg unless you have a serious chronic illness. It has been found that you must find your "sweet spot" and everyone is different. If you use too much for you, your symptoms can return. Most people I know have found that their sweet spot is 5 to 10 drops twice a day. The bottle contains 1000 drops so, at the amounts above, the bottle will last 2-3 months.
Our bodies make natural chemical receptors called endocannabinoids. They are part of the Endocannabinoid System (ECS), a harm reduction system found in the brain, nervous system, and elsewhere. They keep everything from our sleep to our appetites running smoothly.  It is a common misconception that these receptors only live in the brain and nervous system. They can also be found in the skin, gut, and reproductive organs. They are even found in break milk!
When I first started looking into this business opportunity, I noticed something that was very deceptive right out of the gate. On the business opportunity page, it claimed that you were signing up to be a HempWorx affiliate.  This would make you think that it’s an affiliate marketing business just like many of the others that I’ve talked about in numerous reviews here at Affiliate Resources.
Dolgin was a veteran of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the National Counterterrorism Center, both in D.C., before he got burned out on government jobs. He’d been working on cybersecurity projects in New York when he met Justh. “I grew up as a Jewish kid on Long Island,” Dolgin says. “I like the idea of making an impact in a depressed New York community, and of looking at agriculture in a new way. We began to consider hemp. Because of my regulatory background, I knew how government works—and doesn’t work.”
Yes. All our hemp crops are grown free of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides, so our quality starts with our hemp plants. From the time our hemp oil is harvested to the manufacturing and shipping of our products, we test our hemp oil multiple times to ensure accuracy in potency information and to check for contaminants like pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, and mold, as well as cannabinoid content. We also use a subcritical CO2 method when we extract our hemp oil, instead of harsh solvents. CO2 is a much healthier choice than other potential solvents and is "generally regarded as safe" (GRAS) by the FDA.
And then there’s the quality. JD Farms’ oil tastes fresher than other hemp oils because it’s produced in the U.S. The majority of hemp oil and seeds sold in America comes from plants grown in Canada. (According to the Toronto Star, in the first quarter of 2015, Canada exported $34 million worth of hemp seeds and oil.) Before hemp enters the U.S. it must be sterilized. (If it’s not, it counts as a Schedule I drug, along with substances such as heroin and ecstasy.) When it’s heated, hemp loses its pungent freshness and nuttiness. “It’s such an oily seed, heat speeds up the rancidity,” Justh says. “Plus, it’s just sitting around in vats. It’s got nothing in common with a product that is fresh from the field.”
As far as legalities, our company follows FDA laws. Hempworx is legal in every single state. The CBD is derived from HEMP and not marijuana. CBD derived from marijuana is illegal in almost every state. Hempqorx made 7 Million in the first year and 100 MILLION in 2018 and the company is 100% debt free. It was just named the number one MLM company in the world.
I recommend the following guide. Start out slow with 5 drops twice a day for the first week. Hold the drops under your tongue for 90 seconds, use a mirror so you can SEE how many drops you are using. By week 2 or 3, go up to 10 drops twice a day. By week 4, you can go up to 20 drops twice a day. Everyone is different, and results may vary so we recommend that you explore what works best for you. We also suggest you consult your doctor or physician for dosage recommendations.
No it isn’t. It is a genuine good quality product sold to customers who willingly buy it.  The products are sold through multi-level marketing. Companies including Rodan & Fields, Avon, Doterra, and Advocare use the same sales strategy. Every sale is credited to an affiliate who gets a commission for the sale. Affiliates also get paid to recruit new affiliates to sell the product. Though MLM business model can be contentious and the genuineness of testimonials product sellers can be questioned, it doesn’t make it a scam. We did another review on a similar company here.
3. Is the CBD oil sold by Hempworx a bad product? No. To their credit, Hempworx does post third party lab reports posted on its website. Third party lab reports are the only way to really know what’s in the product you are buying. The Hempworx lab reports clearly show the amount of CBD and other cannabinoids including trace amounts of THC in the Hempworx CBD oil tincture. By all accounts, Hempworx CBD oil is of reasonably good quality. However, it’s worth noting that their posted lab reports do not show results of heavy metal, pesticide and residual solvents testing. The omission of these test results is concerning.

Online business opportunities come and go every day with the most popular ones following trends in society. One example of this, is a company that has recently come into light called HempWorx.  Is HempWorx a legitimate company to do business with, can you really make money with their products and services or is this one that you should be avoiding for better opportunities?
The inner fibers of the hemp stalk, called hurds, are known for their low density and high absorbency, which means they can be mixed with plaster or lime to make cheap and efficient building materials. This absorbency also makes it a great bed or surface for animals that minimizes dust, fungal spores and odors. Compared to concrete, hempcrete weighs about 90 percent less, uses significantly fewer petrochemicals, is virtually fireproof and, unlike concrete, allows moisture to pass through, reducing mold and mildew problems. In terms of sustainability, hempcrete sequesters carbon, whereas the cement industry is one of the world’s leading producers of CO2.
Just last year, hemp was grown in 19 states, covering nearly 26,000 acres of land, 1,456 licenses were issued to grow hemp and 32 U.S. universities were conducting hemp-related research. People are using hemp in CBD products, personal care items and even food because it provides a number of health benefits. In food, hemp can help with digestion, reduce risk of heart disease, improve skin conditions including acne and eczema and reduce menstrual symptoms in women.
This is a generic magnet product warning. No side effects or health issues have ever been reported by using VuVa Magnetic Dilators. Do not use  if any of the following conditions apply to you: If you have a pacemaker, defibrillator or any other electrical device. If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant. Do not use on open or bleeding wounds.
Although it’s constantly mistaken for cannabis, and it comes from the same plant, hemp is not the same product. While marijuana is bred to include potent amounts of THC, hemp has only trace amounts—it contains less than 0.3 percent of the hallucinogen. “You could smoke a football field of hemp and you wouldn’t get high, you’d get a headache,” is how Dolgin describes it. Still, when it planted its first seeds, JD Farms had to install an armed guard. (Until they’re planted in the ground, hemp seeds are considered a Schedule I narcotic, according to Dolgin.)

A British pharmaceutical company is closer to getting its CBD medicine to the U.S. market with the government’s blessing, a first for the cannabis industry and potential game-changer for all marijuana and cannabidiol producers. A panel of government health advisers gave a unanimous recommendation Thursday to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to approve Epidiolex, […]
Hempworx oil literally changed our lives. After me using it for 23 days my husband commented on how calmer I seemed, how I was sleeping hard at night, and I noticed how I had 0 night sweats, hot flashes, or migraines. We then gave it to our daughter who is officially off of Ritalin! She is happier and healthier. Webused to go to the doctor twice a month for weigh ins or because she was sick. Her epic meltdowns used to be 2-4 a week. Since using this oil. We’ve been to the doctor 2 times! Her meltdowns have only happened twice!!!
Then again: Zwagil also says, through his company’s Policies and Procedures (see above section), that you should talk to a lawyer before joining HempWorx as “laws differ according to jurisdiction,” which does not make it sound “100 percent legal.” He also gets the percentages wrong: it’s .3 percent THC, not .03 percent THC, which further supports the notion that perhaps you shouldn’t rely on him regarding cannabis laws.
You will see from the HempWorx reviews below that these people talking about their experience with HempWorx CBD are overjoyed and can't help but share their story. They want others to get results from CBD as well. It is so heartwarming and sometimes moving to hear these CBD reviews and it's our wish that you have similar or even better experiences with these CBD products! They are truly changing lives and we hope you and/or your loved ones are changed as well.
In the USA the legal definition of “commercial hemp,” per Section 7606 of the Agricultural Appropriations Act of 2014, is “INDUSTRIAL HEMP– The term “industrial hemp” indicates the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.”
Josh Zwagil appears to cross both these lines when he claims in an “opportunity” video that those “looking to go all in and build a full-time income” can do so with his MLM, without disclosing what the company’s Policies and Procedures make abundantly clear — which is that most distributors spend more on products than they earn in the compensation plan (See next section). Top HempWorx distributor Judy Stallings, who has been introduced at conventions as the “first-ever 250K affiliate,” has also used inappropriate income claims to bring people into the MLM, writing on her Facebook page last December:
And now that the updated U.S. Farm Bill has been passed which more or less legalizes hemp, we can expect to start seeing more and more very high quality CBD oils hit the American market in the coming years. HempWorx has been around for awhile, and they’re simply doing what they can from a business perspective in order to gain a foothold in the industry. In our mind, this should not take away at all from the quality of their products.
