Michele Buckler’s testimony: On Sunday, March 26, 2018 I did a small vendor show in Camden Delaware. My boyfriend, Mark was also there. Thankfully he was there, I was not feeling my greatest (my pain level was about 7 to 7.5 out of 10).  I have been diagnosed with chronic pain and inflammation throughout my body.  I am always in pain or discomfort and have had to learned to navigate my life with it,  some days are better than other, and some cycles are better than others.

A British pharmaceutical company is closer to getting its CBD medicine to the U.S. market with the government’s blessing, a first for the cannabis industry and potential game-changer for all marijuana and cannabidiol producers. A panel of government health advisers gave a unanimous recommendation Thursday to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to approve Epidiolex, […]
Actually, the past few weeks she has gotten home and sat at the counter and did her homework on her own and just asks us to check it. Our house has been happy and most importantly my 7 year old daughter is happy! She's not frustrated with herself or learning anymore. She wakes up happy ready to face the day and goes to bed looking toward to another new day!
It is important that the CBD is actually dry during processing and added to hemp oil as a natural carrier. This process allows us to maintain the FDA and legal standard guidelines of Zero THC. Our competitors typically will use coconut oil, palm oil or a non-relative carrier for dried CBD. Do not be confused by the carrier of hemp oil. Our product is CBD Oil. Other competitors disregard the legal standard and you get unregulated, high amounts of THC in your product. With HempWorx you get the benefits of CBD without the downside of THC and remain compliant. Our CBD is grown in Kentucky and tested in an FDA approved facility.

Hemp oil is quickly becoming a commonly used ingredient in many cosmetics such as body lotions, soaps and shampoos. Even modest daily usage of hemp oil, whether it is ingested or applied to the skin, has been shown to lead to improvements in skin quality, stronger fingernails and even thicker hair. Hemp oil that is full of cannabidiol (CBD), a cannabinoid with neuroprotectant, antioxidant and other therapeutic qualities, generated $130 million in sales in 2016 and is projected to reach $350 million by 2020.
Certainly, there is no shortage of opportunities to commercialize hemp. But until hemp is treated as an industrial crop that can grow freely, businesses won’t thrive. Many states have already taken steps to legalize and jump-start their local hemp economies, but the industry won’t scale until the federal government passes legislation that protects farmers and entrepreneurs from archaic and nonsensical narcotics regulations. Until then, this is a great time for entrepreneurs to start planting the seeds of their hemp ventures.
Ten years later, the 2014 Farm Bill established pilot programs in which universities and state agencies could grow industrial hemp, defined as containing less than 0.3 percent THC, for research purposes. It would be the first time since the 1937 law was passed that hemp could be legally cultivated and harvested in the U.S. The commercial cultivation, harvest and processing of hemp, however, remained federally illegal.
After looking at everything this company has to offer and comparing it to some of the many other online business opportunities that currently exist, I personally can’t recommend taking the risk of jumping in with this company at the present. There are far too many opportunities on the Internet to make money and run a successful online business to risk one that is potentially still a legal gray area.

Just last year, hemp was grown in 19 states, covering nearly 26,000 acres of land, 1,456 licenses were issued to grow hemp and 32 U.S. universities were conducting hemp-related research. People are using hemp in CBD products, personal care items and even food because it provides a number of health benefits. In food, hemp can help with digestion, reduce risk of heart disease, improve skin conditions including acne and eczema and reduce menstrual symptoms in women.
Making health claims, even just the ability to treat relatively minor problems like migraines, is legal only for prescription drugs, which undergo extensive testing for effectiveness and safety. And the more dramatic the claim, such as the ability to cure cancer or heart disease, the more skeptical you should be. Since 2015, the FDA has cracked down on dozens of companies selling CBD products online for making unallowed health claims.

While there are not many studies to back up their claims yet, many people are finding relief from a lot of different illnesses like multiple sclerosis, migraines, epilepsy, seizures and more from the use of CBD oils and other CBD products. When you’re talking about marijuana, especially in a medical sense, there are two primary chemicals that are most often discussed. These chemicals are CBD and THC. THC is the chemical that most people are familiar with as it’s the one that generates the “high” effect when people consume marijuana.
CBD is considered to be undetectable in saliva or urine tests, though there remains a rare instance that the small trace amounts of THC may be detected. All of our products comply with all regulations regarding minimal THC content, and our full-spectrum hemp oil contains less than .03% of THC by volume, as required by law. However, we recommend you check with your employer.
CBD may be best known for its relaxing, calming effects. CBD reduces autonomic arousal, having the inverse effect of THC on the body. CBD’s anti-anxiety effect is why many in the cannabis community talk about how CBD relieves paranoia, although that is not scientifically proven yet. CBD is also known for its anti-nausea and pain relieving effects. It really depends on why your body’s specific needs and the quantity in which you take CBD.
Vape Pens – Perhaps the easiest way to get the CBD Oil into your body is through a vape pen. A vape pen is about the size of an ink pen but has a CBD oil cartridge with a heating element. Many people like vape pens because there is very little in the way of odor after using it and it allows for a lot of discretion because it can be pulled out of your pocket and used on demand.
Hemp products sold in stores are most often made with hemp seed oil, which can contain only trace amounts of full spectrum. While it has been noted that hemp seed oil can be a great source of nutrition, its marginal quantity of “full spectrum” per weight makes it unfeasible as a full spectrum supplement. Our Full Spectrum Hemp Oil, however, is extracted from the stalk of specifically selected hemp cultivars, offering higher percentages of “full spectrum” by weight and additional nutritional benefits from the contents of our oil.
HempWorx earns bonus points right out of the gate by choosing to use domestically grown, organic, and non-GMO hemp, and knocks it out of the park with their evident passion for educating the public on the uses, history, and science of cannabinoids. Fun facts (such as the fact that the first American flag was made out of hemp) add a rich critical thinking element to the customer’s experience. Instead of touting it as just another supplement, HempWorx gives homage to the long-standing legacy, magic, and controversy of the heralded cannabis plant.
