Thanks Barbara, This is really helpful. Unfortunately, I have read another review that stated they hadn't been paid either and they had a difficult time getting support. The first red flag was that they state that CBD oil is legal in all states. It is not. Yikes on Trump support too. Although I have not seen any internet research to support that statement, it puts a sour taste in my mouth. Thanks!

5. Is it true that Hempworx CBD oil doesn’t contain fillers? No. This is a favorite claim of Hempworx sellers. They often try to steer people away from other brands that they save have “fillers.” The truth is that Hempworx has a carrier oil just like other CBD oil tinctures. Hempworx happens to use hemp seed oil as its carrier oil. Other brands use a variety of carrier oils, most commonly either hemp seed oil, coconut oil or MCT oil. The claim that using hemp seed oil as the carrier oil makes the product more “pure” is bogus.
My husband and I have been using/selling Hempworx for 3 months with great relief from arthritis pain and depression. However, I am looking elsewhere to be a retailer. The company has grown too fast and the owners cannot keep up. The bottling was terrible and leaking and and shipping expensive and delayed sometimes weeks. They corrected their bottling after I lost 4 bottles to leakage in transit (they replaced ONE). You get NO discount as a dealer on your orders and it is a total pyramid scheme that I detest. Work my ass off for some Liberal to get rich. The owner states opposition to our President and that alone turns my stomach. I am OUT asap.
Under the historic 2018 Farm Bill, hemp companies should be able to advertise like other agricultural producers and manufacturers. But many businesses say they still face hurdles, especially with digital marketing. A good example is Evo Hemp, a Boulder, Colorado-based hemp food company. “The Farm Bill is opening the doors to have the conversation with […]
3. Is the CBD oil sold by Hempworx a bad product? No. To their credit, Hempworx does post third party lab reports posted on its website. Third party lab reports are the only way to really know what’s in the product you are buying. The Hempworx lab reports clearly show the amount of CBD and other cannabinoids including trace amounts of THC in the Hempworx CBD oil tincture. By all accounts, Hempworx CBD oil is of reasonably good quality. However, it’s worth noting that their posted lab reports do not show results of heavy metal, pesticide and residual solvents testing. The omission of these test results is concerning.
Hemp Business Journal has also reviewed sales of clothing, auto parts, building materials and various other products, and estimates the total retail value of hemp products sold in the U.S. in 2017 to be at least $820 million, including hemp foods (17%); personal care products (22%); textiles (13%); supplements (5%); hemp derived cannabidiol or CBD products (23%), consumer textiles (13%); industrial applications (18%); and other products such as paper and building materials accounted for the remaining 2% of the market.
Vape pens produce little smoke and are easy to transport and use—plus they can easily go undetected. But the concentrated oils used in vape pens of CBD might contain a solvent called propylene glycol. When burned at high temperatures, propylene glycol can degrade into formaldehyde, a chemical that can irritate the nose and eyes and could increase the risk of asthma and cancer. To avoid this problem, consider CBD vape pens that advertise “solvent-free oils.”

2. Is Hempworx a pyramid scheme? No. Pyramid schemes involve paying commissions to people to bring in new recruits. The new recruits typically have to pay an upfront fee that enriches those that are higher in the pyramid. In many cases, a product doesn’t even exist. The scheme continues until they can no longer get enough new recruits to fund the operation. Again, Hempworx has a real product that is being sold. They charge a small fee ($20) to become a Hempworx affiliate but the focus is on making real sales. So by all accounts, Hempworx is not a pyramid scheme.

So if you want a product that probably has a little THC but not so much to get you high, look for one made from hemp. Such products have the added benefit of being widely available, including online and in retail stores. (Note that while Boyar and other experts say that CBD products should also include THC levels on their labels, many made from hemp don’t. For that, you need to check a product’s test results, if they are available; see number 4, below.)

However, in the vast majority of instances, this CDB is delivered internally, whether using drops like those offered by HempWorx, or other forms of supplementation. But, we learned from professionals in the article there currently aren’t any formal studies looking at the relationship between topically applied CBD creams and pain relief, or reduced signs of aging.

Hemp oil is quickly becoming a commonly used ingredient in many cosmetics such as body lotions, soaps and shampoos. Even modest daily usage of hemp oil, whether it is ingested or applied to the skin, has been shown to lead to improvements in skin quality, stronger fingernails and even thicker hair. Hemp oil that is full of cannabidiol (CBD), a cannabinoid with neuroprotectant, antioxidant and other therapeutic qualities, generated $130 million in sales in 2016 and is projected to reach $350 million by 2020.
Many people rightly ask, “Is the HempWorx Affiliate Program Legit?” Fair question because there are so many scams out there when it comes to business opportunities. But who can give you an honest review you can trust? I saw a post in a reddit forum stating, “HempWorx is a scam because it is MLM.” This person automatically called it a scam solely because it’s an MLM program. Is that a fair judgement?
No it isn’t.  It does post 3rd party lab reports posted on its website to their credit. 3rd party lab reports are solely a means to learn what is inside the product you are purchasing. Their lab reports show the amount of CBD. it also shows other cannabinoids like trace amounts of THC present in the Hempworx CBD oil tincture. Hempworx CBD oil is good quality.
CBD Oil is passing Medical Marijuana as the preferred product for the benefits of CBD. In fact it appears to be REPLACING medical marijuana and health professionals agree. Because CBD Oil is rich in CBD and has Zero THC, the benefits of CBD are prevalent, while the impairment of THC is nonexistent. When chosing CBD oil, look for our HempWorx 750 cbd dominant oil, as referred to above.
Some of those products, which don’t include the CBD amount on their label, market themselves as “whole plant” or “full spectrum” hemp products, or say they are rich in other compounds from the plant, such as various fatty acids. Though it’s possible that those other compounds provide additional health benefits, that’s still uncertain. In those cases, you could check the COA, if they have one, which should list how much CBD or THC they contain.
That $100 million could soon be going back to American farmers and businesses, thanks to the recent introduction of the Hemp Farming Act of 2018 by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY). The bill, announced by McConnell and supported by a bipartisan group of senators, would “legalize hemp as an agricultural commodity and remove it from the list of controlled substances.”
Eating chocolate, interestingly enough, is not the only common experience associated with the cannabinoid system. A study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences in 2015 found that increased levels of oxytocin—a.k.a. “the love hormone” that enhances the bond between lovers—prompts the release of anandamide, which then acts on the cannabinoid receptors. This means the cannabinoid system also plays a role in the “love experience.”
CBD product labels sometimes say that they were produced with “CO2 extraction.” That can mean that the CBD and other ingredients were removed from the plant using high-pressure carbon dioxide gas, not chemical solvents. Depending on the type of CO2 extraction used, the technique might be able to extract not just CBD but other cannabinoids (see number 5) in the plant, Boyar says. However, that approach is not necessarily better, because it’s unclear whether those other compounds provide additional health benefits. And it may not be safer, either, because some forms of CO2 extraction still use solvents, Boyar says.
In good faith we must say that we are part of a few select affiliate programs but only for products we try ourselves.  We do not participate in any type of MLM schemes that creates a false narrative to hustle customers and focuses more on marketing than the quality of the product.   If we recommend it, it has been 3rd party tested and we paid for it.

Then again: Zwagil also says, through his company’s Policies and Procedures (see above section), that you should talk to a lawyer before joining HempWorx as “laws differ according to jurisdiction,” which does not make it sound “100 percent legal.” He also gets the percentages wrong: it’s .3 percent THC, not .03 percent THC, which further supports the notion that perhaps you shouldn’t rely on him regarding cannabis laws.

Thank you for writing this review on Hempworx. I have not heard of them before. Like you said Hemp/ Cannabis and related products are illegal in many parts of the world, where I live is one of them. MLM’s are also a grey area in my part of the world as well. I can see how this product would be appealing to some parts of the community, but hard to run a business if you are so restricted around where you can ship products to. It sounds like a local marketing specific product, subject to Government approval. Thanks for making me aware of it.
My first bottle of 750mg peppermint was what I ordered and worked great. However, my second order of the same exact oil was different. Even though the label said 750mg peppermint, it had no flavor and I've had to use more for it to be affective. I feel cheated and scammed. I'm looking for a direct buying company in my area to purchase my next bottle from.
