Dolgin was a veteran of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the National Counterterrorism Center, both in D.C., before he got burned out on government jobs. He’d been working on cybersecurity projects in New York when he met Justh. “I grew up as a Jewish kid on Long Island,” Dolgin says. “I like the idea of making an impact in a depressed New York community, and of looking at agriculture in a new way. We began to consider hemp. Because of my regulatory background, I knew how government works—and doesn’t work.”
What about the upfront costs - were they prohibitive in order to become a HempWorx affiliate? The fee to join the HempWorx affiliate program is $20 plus the purchase of your first product (as little as $69 plus S&H). With that purchase you get your own website where people can order from you and also become an affiliate, marketing materials, your own customer service team, free drop shipping to your customers and ongoing support from a success coach. You also get the product(s) you ordered which you can use for yourself and family or re-sell. So for under $100 you can become a HempWorx affiliate which seems very reasonable to me all things considered.
This page is dedicated to providing you the best source of HempWorx reviews available from the people that have the most direct experience with the HempWorx products and company - the HempWorx customers themselves. It may seem hard to believe that one supplement - HempWorx CBD Oil - could help so many people with so many varying health issues but you cannot argue with real testimonials from real people that are unsolicited. You can browse these HempWorx reviews knowing that they are real and true because you can see the name and photo of the HempWorx reviewer from their Facebook page which you can verify.
Like with many MLMs, they normally charge higher for products which you can find at a cheaper price somewhere else. Hempworx is no different. For instance, a 500 mg bottle of hemp oil will cost $69.99, excluding shipping. Customers can just buy this directly from Amazon.com which will be a lot less in terms of cost. Overpriced products are going to make selling very difficult for the distributors.
Finding a CBD product that’s more than 0.3 percent THC could be tougher. For one thing, you’ll have to be in a state that has legalized marijuana, not just CBD. You’ll also need to go to a state-licensed dispensary to buy it and, in the 20 states that have legalized just the medical use of marijuana, you’ll also have to get a recommendation from a physician. In states that have legalized medical and recreational use—Alaska, California, Colorado, Oregon, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Washington—you don’t need to see a doctor first, but you do need to be over 21. (Maine and Vermont have legalized marijuana for recreational use but have yet to open recreational dispensaries.)
It didn’t take long after U.S. consumers accepted kale as a superfood for the leafy green to take off. The same thing could easily happen to hemp seeds once more American farmers are allowed to cultivate and sell the crop. For perspective on the potential business opportunity, consider that Canadian farmers exported $45 million worth of hemp seed to the U.S. in 2016, making as much as $300 per acre, per season, farming industrial hemp. That’s five to 10 times as much as what our farmers in the Midwest are currently making for growing GMO wheat, corn and soy.
With about 6 percent of the market, Davie, Florida-based Green Roads is the largest private company specializing in hemp-derived CBD, according to Brightfield. The company sells CBD-infused products such as tinctures and balms, online and in 6,000 stores and 2,000 doctors' offices. Green Roads now has about 100 employees, and co-founder Arby Barroso estimates 2018 revenue at $45 million.

The certification on site are not up to date and I am not able to find my lot number. I emailed them and waiting. Seems weird cant find my batches info especially since they boast about having that info publically available. I just started it so jury is still out for now but it does concern me how the documentation page is set up. You scroll down and see a lot of certs but cant find one for the bottle I have in my hand???
Experts expect the market for CBD to balloon if and when the farm bill passes, which could happen this month. That means the biggest challenge for Green Roads is yet to come. "I'm not worried about the companies that are in the market today, I'm worried about big companies," Barroso says. "We can't compete with those guys. I think about it every day."
I'm in love with the hemp oil. I've had chronic knee pain for 20 yrs from playing soccer in college and it's GONE! I'm a HUGE fan and will be sharing my testimony to everyone. It's a relief to finally have relief from not aching all the time ! I'm a believer! I have had 5 knee surgeries in my life and need 2 more…( soccer goalie) Hempworx is the ONLY thing that's given me relief from the constant aching pain. I'm a true believer in this product!
One state, Indiana, has made it easier for consumers to find these COAs. Since July, all hemp-derived CBD products sold in stores in Indiana must include a QR code on their label that lets consumers download a product’s COA to their phone. All CBD products sold at Indiana locations of Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, a Midwest regional chain, now carry those codes, says Jonathan Lawrence, director of vitamins and body care at the chain. “It’s important for any consumer to know what’s in their product and what they’re taking,” Lawrence says.
There are various ways in which you can and money, and it depends on how much business volume you have earned. Retail customer commissions are paid out on a weekly basis and distributors get wholesale pricing, which is up to 25% off. This means at this level when you sell a product you will earn the difference between the retail and wholesale price. To qualify, you have to buy a starter pack and earn at least 40 business volume points.
You can get started for as little as $59 for the “Entry Pack of Pet Products at $39 + $20 Affiliate Fee,” but as you can see in the image below, you could end up investing as much as $619 for the “Executive Pack at $599 and $20 Affiliate Fee”. Just like many other MLM’s, you must continue buying a pack every single month regardless of if you use it or not.

And then there’s the quality. JD Farms’ oil tastes fresher than other hemp oils because it’s produced in the U.S. The majority of hemp oil and seeds sold in America comes from plants grown in Canada. (According to the Toronto Star, in the first quarter of 2015, Canada exported $34 million worth of hemp seeds and oil.) Before hemp enters the U.S. it must be sterilized. (If it’s not, it counts as a Schedule I drug, along with substances such as heroin and ecstasy.) When it’s heated, hemp loses its pungent freshness and nuttiness. “It’s such an oily seed, heat speeds up the rancidity,” Justh says. “Plus, it’s just sitting around in vats. It’s got nothing in common with a product that is fresh from the field.”

I’m not saying that HempWorx doesn’t offer quality products. But you should be aware of the cost and the fact that the company has an affiliate program so that you know what you’re getting into.  We hope they change their marketing approach in the future.  If you are using their products and happy with the program, that is great and we hope you stick with it.

HempWorx blew us away with the comprehensive nature of their Certificates of Analysis, and excellent sourcing standards, and commitment to education. We were disappointed by their full-steam-ahead focus on the financial incentives for selling (not consuming) CBD. Exhortations like “Cash in on the emerging $7.1 Billion Cannabis industry!” and “…we have a VIRAL product that requires zero selling!” were disappointing to read. This emphasis on their affiliate program (as opposed to a discussion of charitable endeavors) is a little different from other brands. However, HempWorx now makes product pricing and details available right on the site.
