HempWorx blew us away with the comprehensive nature of their Certificates of Analysis, and excellent sourcing standards, and commitment to education. We were disappointed by their full-steam-ahead focus on the financial incentives for selling (not consuming) CBD. Exhortations like “Cash in on the emerging $7.1 Billion Cannabis industry!” and “…we have a VIRAL product that requires zero selling!” were disappointing to read. This emphasis on their affiliate program (as opposed to a discussion of charitable endeavors) is a little different from other brands. However, HempWorx now makes product pricing and details available right on the site.
Just last year, hemp was grown in 19 states, covering nearly 26,000 acres of land, 1,456 licenses were issued to grow hemp and 32 U.S. universities were conducting hemp-related research. People are using hemp in CBD products, personal care items and even food because it provides a number of health benefits. In food, hemp can help with digestion, reduce risk of heart disease, improve skin conditions including acne and eczema and reduce menstrual symptoms in women.
Reading a little bit more into the “business opportunity”, I quickly realized that it is not an affiliate program. Instead, it’s an MLM company that for some reason or another is trying to make it sound like you’re working as an affiliate marketer instead of building an MLM business. I’m not sure exactly why the company is trying to phrase things like this, it certainly sends up a red flag to me as it should you also.
While there are not many studies to back up their claims yet, many people are finding relief from a lot of different illnesses like multiple sclerosis, migraines, epilepsy, seizures and more from the use of CBD oils and other CBD products. When you’re talking about marijuana, especially in a medical sense, there are two primary chemicals that are most often discussed. These chemicals are CBD and THC. THC is the chemical that most people are familiar with as it’s the one that generates the “high” effect when people consume marijuana.
Unlike hemp-derived CBD products, those made from marijuana must undergo testing—at least in states that permit medical and recreational use of marijuana. In some of those states, dispensary staff are supposed to have the COAs available and be willing to share them with you. If they aren’t, or the COA is not available, go to another dispensary or choose another product.
This isn’t the first time McConnell or one of his colleagues has introduced such a bill. Actually, it’s the sixth -- similar bills were introduced in 2005, 2007, 2009, 2013 and most recently 2015, only to be stalled each time in congressional committees that couldn’t see the difference between hemp and marijuana (or choose not to). This bill has a real chance of finally passing because of its potential for job creation and economic growth.
I bought the 500 mg bottle from reps Paul and Tara. They said it was the best thing since sliced bread and that it was perfectly legal. So I started taking it daily. But saw no results. I told Tara that it is was not working. Upon her recommendation, I then bought stronger 750 mg. Still nothing. I was told to keep taking it. It will work eventually.
Thank you for writing this review on Hempworx. I have not heard of them before. Like you said Hemp/ Cannabis and related products are illegal in many parts of the world, where I live is one of them. MLM’s are also a grey area in my part of the world as well. I can see how this product would be appealing to some parts of the community, but hard to run a business if you are so restricted around where you can ship products to. It sounds like a local marketing specific product, subject to Government approval. Thanks for making me aware of it.
Like with many MLMs, they normally charge higher for products which you can find at a cheaper price somewhere else. Hempworx is no different. For instance, a 500 mg bottle of hemp oil will cost $69.99, excluding shipping. Customers can just buy this directly from Amazon.com which will be a lot less in terms of cost. Overpriced products are going to make selling very difficult for the distributors.

Finding a CBD product that’s more than 0.3 percent THC could be tougher. For one thing, you’ll have to be in a state that has legalized marijuana, not just CBD. You’ll also need to go to a state-licensed dispensary to buy it and, in the 20 states that have legalized just the medical use of marijuana, you’ll also have to get a recommendation from a physician. In states that have legalized medical and recreational use—Alaska, California, Colorado, Oregon, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Washington—you don’t need to see a doctor first, but you do need to be over 21. (Maine and Vermont have legalized marijuana for recreational use but have yet to open recreational dispensaries.)
So for CBD products from hemp, check labels to see whether they say where it was grown, and look especially for those from Colorado. Not all products, however, include that information. So in a dispensary or a retail store, ask the staff whether they know where the hemp was grown. And for products purchased online, check the companies' website to see whether it has that information, or contact the seller to ask the same question.
With about 6 percent of the market, Davie, Florida-based Green Roads is the largest private company specializing in hemp-derived CBD, according to Brightfield. The company sells CBD-infused products such as tinctures and balms, online and in 6,000 stores and 2,000 doctors' offices. Green Roads now has about 100 employees, and co-founder Arby Barroso estimates 2018 revenue at $45 million.
I'm more confused then before. I have spinal disc injuries from a car accident years ago. Permanently disabled. Also, been diagnosed with bilateral trigeminal neuralgia. Bought gummy cbd oil (tincture) 30ml. It relaxes me, but doesn't seem to be taking pain away or make it any bearable. Now I was told about hempworx. Is it a better or different product? And should I try this one, or up the milligrams on my existing purchase nxt time.
Flush with cash and looking for a toehold in the United States, Canadian marijuana companies are making big investments in hemp. Consider: Canopy Growth (NYSE: CGC), an Ontario marijuana producer that snagged an investment for 5 billion Canadian dollars ($3.8 billion) from a New York alcohol company, recently announced it is entering the U.S. hemp market. […]
I had the worst experience with Hempworx! Feel totally scammed. They took forever to fix any issues still owe me commissions and then after a month of joining they stop shipping to Canada after they were doing it for 9 months! Suddenly they are not authorized here?! Put many of us at risk now supposedly they have found a company to get us all prescription cards?! Make everyone pay $150 to do this and in meantime I have copies of posts from Jenna one of owners stating 'We don't need Canada'. Well that was the last straw for this Canadian and she also publicly supports Trump so buyers beware wish I knew all this before!
A 500mg bottle of Hempworx CBD oil costs $69 plus shipping. Before shipping cost it amounts to $0.14 per milligram of CBD. The 750mg bottle costs $89 plus shipping or $0.12 per milligram of CBD. The price per milligram is not outrageous by MLM standards. Still, it’s considerably higher in price than CBD oil products from other trustworthy companies like Lazarus Naturals, Bluebird Botanicals, and CBDistillery.
The next concern to address - how is the compensation plan and how does it compare to others? After researching several CBD affiliate programs, it became clear that the HempWorx affiliate program had by far the most lucrative program and you can view details here - My Daily Choice Compensation Plan - as you will see there are 8 different ways you are compensated and the opportunity in my opinion is fair and generous if you are willing to work at it and advance in rank as your sales volume increases.
For very quick relief of, say, muscle cramps or anxiety, inhaling CBD may be most effective, via either a vape pen (think e-cigarette) or cigarette-style. For effects within a few minutes, oil drops under the tongue may be useful. Topical lotions, rubbed onto the skin, vary from person to person—some may feel it right away, others not for several hours. On the other hand, CBD in food products is likely to take longer—30 minutes or more—to be absorbed into your system. Read more about the pros and cons of each form.
The legalization of hemp does more than simply create a new industry, and thus new business ideas and opportunities for entrepreneurs. Hemp is an extremely diverse crop with a wide range of applications, including in textiles, nutrition and biofuels, to name a few. The wider availability of these products could provide small businesses with more cost-effective or durable inputs.
A growing body of evidence suggests that hemp roots can remove toxins from soil and water better than practically any other plant. Hemp has been proven to absorb heavy metals from soil, including zinc, cadmium, lead and arsenic. Hemp has been used to detoxify the soil around the site of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. Hemp could help address climate change, since it absorbs four times more carbon dioxide than trees while growing in just a fraction of the time.
Some CBD products also describe themselves as including or coming from “hemp oil.” In some cases, manufacturers use that term to mean CBD oil, which is oil rich in CBD made mainly from the leaves, resin, or flowering tops of hemp plants. But “hemp oil” more often, and more properly, refers to oil made from the seeds of the plant, and contains only very small amounts of CBD, says Lanier at the Hemp Industries Association. That oil is often included in hemp-based soaps, cosmetics, and similar products.
Your results might not be as good as mine, or they might be better! Everyone reacts differently to Hempworx CBD Hemp Oil Drops just as our bodies all react differently to anything we ingest. It is recommended that you take five drops, twice a day for the first few days to start, increase to 10 drops, twice a day for a few days, working your way to 20 drops, twice a day. At my low dosage I do take a few drops in the afternoon if I need it. If your symptoms return at a higher dosage it means you are taking too many and to reduce the amount back to where you felt best. I pray that your experience will be as good as mine. i love this product so much that now I sell it too! Just because people HAVE to know this!!! Godspeed. <3
You can Diane, but more is not better. It is best to start out slow using the 500 mg unless you have a serious chronic illness. It has been found that you must find your "sweet spot" and everyone is different. If you use too much for you, your symptoms can return. Most people I know have found that their sweet spot is 5 to 10 drops twice a day. The bottle contains 1000 drops so, at the amounts above, the bottle will last 2-3 months.
Not true. A family member of mine also failed a drug test using Hempworx that was supposedly zero THC. They contacted their rep who refused to respond to calls or texts. So then they went straight to the company who said they were sorry but nothing they could do because supposedly their lab is different than the one that did the drug test??? What a scam.
