One state, Indiana, has made it easier for consumers to find these COAs. Since July, all hemp-derived CBD products sold in stores in Indiana must include a QR code on their label that lets consumers download a product’s COA to their phone. All CBD products sold at Indiana locations of Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, a Midwest regional chain, now carry those codes, says Jonathan Lawrence, director of vitamins and body care at the chain. “It’s important for any consumer to know what’s in their product and what they’re taking,” Lawrence says.

Hemp seeds may very well be the world’s first, and perhaps, best superfood. They provide up to 75 percent more protein than a similar amount of flax or chia seeds and contain all 20 amino acids. They’re filled with healthy fatty acids including omega-3 and omega-6. They’re also high in fiber, iron, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, zinc, vitamin E and magnesium -- basically everything you need for a nutritious meal or snack.

Now I had to address how I was going to market these products effectively without selling to family and friends. What I learned is that some of the top producers in the company were using social media and other internet marketing to sell the products and business opportunity. Then I realized there is a wholesale program so I could also sell to retailers such as dispensaries, vape and head shops, natural health food stores, alternative medicine practitioners and the list goes on. I could also share the products through meetup groups, doing events, etc. so there are no shortage of ways to market the HempWorx CBD products.
And now that the updated U.S. Farm Bill has been passed which more or less legalizes hemp, we can expect to start seeing more and more very high quality CBD oils hit the American market in the coming years. HempWorx has been around for awhile, and they’re simply doing what they can from a business perspective in order to gain a foothold in the industry. In our mind, this should not take away at all from the quality of their products.
This is hemp oil which contains a full range of phytocannabinoids, including nearly 160 percent CBD content.  This became a point of confusion when we first examined the label but we have concluded the product likely does have the professed CBD content.  CBD and phytocannabinoid is used interchangeably because most of the phytocannabinoid is CBD with the other cannabinoids not comprising half a milligram for every 10 mg of CBD.
So I went about doing my own due diligence on each of these 7 concerns and here’s what I learned: I learned about the products and that they were advertised as very high quality - organic, non-gmo, made with hemp grown in Kentucky USA and came with a 30 day empty bottle guarantee. So far so good. Then I looked for HempWorx Reviews for people that have tried the product so I could see direct feedback. I was frankly astounded by how many positive reviews there were for people getting serious results from anything from chronic pain, anxiety, diabetes, poor sleep and more. But were these reviews legit? Well, they were all from Facebook where there is an actual photo of the reviewer and an unsolicited post in their own words. So, as far as testimonials go, it is probably as solid as it gets because the reviewer can be contacted directly to confirm the results. I ended up compiling my own group of HempWorx reviews from Facebook users and posted them on 5 separate pages -here is one of those pages you can view at CBD Oil for Pain.

HempWorx blew us away with the comprehensive nature of their Certificates of Analysis, and excellent sourcing standards, and commitment to education. We were disappointed by their full-steam-ahead focus on the financial incentives for selling (not consuming) CBD. Exhortations like “Cash in on the emerging $7.1 Billion Cannabis industry!” and “…we have a VIRAL product that requires zero selling!” were disappointing to read. This emphasis on their affiliate program (as opposed to a discussion of charitable endeavors) is a little different from other brands. However, HempWorx now makes product pricing and details available right on the site.
Ten years later, the 2014 Farm Bill established pilot programs in which universities and state agencies could grow industrial hemp, defined as containing less than 0.3 percent THC, for research purposes. It would be the first time since the 1937 law was passed that hemp could be legally cultivated and harvested in the U.S. The commercial cultivation, harvest and processing of hemp, however, remained federally illegal.
I am a very private person when it comes my health. I’m English we don't talk about our ailments. I have to share because I believe by getting over myself I can help others. I have been taking 500mg 4 drops 2x a day for 4 weeks. My results as follows, came off Lexipro for anxiety after 2 weeks. no longer need my BP meds and will come off Lipitor after seeing my Doctor. Pepcid no longer needed for acid reflux. I bought the Relief cream but I haven’t needed it as my body feels as if it’s been WD-40'd. Not bad as I will be 78 next week. (Send chocolate)

What is clear, though, is the DEA’s classification of all cannabis extracts as Schedule 1 controlled substances. Even as more states “legalize it,” all forms of cannabis are still illegal under federal law. And that’s a problem for HempWorx distributors who have to move product. As the DEA spokeswoman told the Port City Daily news site in North Carolina, where marijuana is illegal but decriminalized: “The plant, for human consumption, is illegal, bottom line. If you ship it — then that’s interstate commerce, that’s trafficking, and so that’s a problem.”

Cannabidiol (CBD) is just one of over 85 cannabinoids that is identified in the cannabis plant. CBD is becoming increasingly popular amongst the masses for having a wide scope of medicinal benefits – due to clinical reports and mounds of test data showing little to no side effects and a lack of psychoactivity (typically associated with marijuana products and high THC).
Hempworx boasts in this YouTube video that they pay huge commissions (up to 85% of revenue) to their affiliates. That means that up to 85% of the price that people pay is being paid in commissions to the selling affiliate and their “upline” network of other Hempworx affiliates. The video also promises the potential for affiliates to earn iPads, flatscreen TVs, luxury vacations, cruises, diamond watches, $100,000 cash bonuses and even new cars.
The dosage on the back label said to give him 1/2 to a full dropper twice a day due to his weight. I gave him 1/2 a dropper with his food. A few hours later I noticed he was wobbling when he walked and tripped up the stairs and collapsed. I took him to my vet and he said there must be THC in the oil. I thought, how can a company sell this product knowing full well that THC is extremely TOXIC for animals! The rep I bought the vials from said I gave him too much and to follow the dosage chart she gave me. Why would I give him anymore of this poison to my dog? Also, why did the product sold to me not have the proper dosage label? Also, I found that this product is Full Spectrum which means there is THC in the product.
