First, as I mentioned above, CBD products are technically still illegal in many areas, or they at least require a prescription for you to be able to possess them. Sadly, many people believe that it is legal to possess CBD products anywhere because they are made from hemp and contain little to no THC. Not only that, but HempWorx claims that it’s 100% legal to own these products anywhere. What they may not tell you however, is that just recently they stopped selling their products to people living in Canada.  As this news article confirms, HempWorx claimed that it was 100% legal to use and possess their products in Canada, but after a government investigation, they quickly stopped selling their products to Canadians.

Important Notice: I updated our Hempworx Distributor Training and the, “Your First 30 Minutes as a Hempworx Distributor“. I have also revised my opinion of the real-time Hempworx leads. Mainly because I find people doing much better using My  Lead System Pro. They’re both good but My  Lead System Pro once set up can generate a regular flow of free leads. This saves Hempworx Distributor’s money and ensures a true residual income.
All our hemp crops are grown free of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides, so our quality starts with our hemp plants. From the time our hemp oil is harvested to the manufacturing and shipping of our products, we test our hemp oil multiple times to ensure accuracy in potency information and to check for contaminants like pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, and mold. We also use a subcritical CO2 method when we extract our hemp oil, instead of using harsh solvents. CO2 is a much healthier choice than other potential solvents and is "generally regarded as safe" (GRAS) by the FDA. Because of this extraction method, our purity levels reflect on the FULL SPECTRUM of CBD; CBG, CBN, etc. Which is much more powerful and potent than these companies who are advertising 99% purity, because they are isolating the CBD from the entire plant (isolate) then adding it back into the product and calling it pure. This is usually in the form of "isolate" or and "extract". CBD isolate is cheaper to manufacture, and when the CBD is isolated, those products lose its effectiveness. Be careful of all the ingredients listed on the products and look for extra fillers. All the Hempworx oils have no fillers and just have 3 natural ingredients, some have peppermint oil for flavoring. Hempworx have over 120 cannabidoids in our CBD formulas which perfectly inhibits the CB2 receptors in the body.

Barroso, 48, became interested in CBD after being introduced to it by a friend in Colorado. He had long taken painkillers for a crushing football injury he sustained when he was 23. When his real estate business collapsed during the financial crisis, he invested in a pain-management clinic. Barroso describes that decision as "the worst thing ever," as he soon became addicted to opiates. Then his friend suggested he try CBD gummies, which helped him stay clean.

The show was very slow, and as we were starting to pack up we had a freak snow/sleet storm. Nothing stuck to the ground but it was still damp and cold. Mark packed up most of my stuff and loaded it in the car for me.  We went out to dinner after the show, that I came home and just sat on the couch, looking forward to that time when I could take a sleeping pill, and just get some deep rest. I usually don’t like to take sleeping pills or muscle relaxers because I do not want to become dependant on them.

Of course, the first thing to consider is why you want to take CBD. Though it’s being touted for numerous possible health benefits—and some preliminary research suggests it might help with everything from pain and anxiety to multiple sclerosis and opioid addiction—for now it’s clearly proved to help treat only two rare, but devastating, forms of epilepsy. Perhaps in the future when laws allow for full marijuana use, or at least full medical marijuana use in all areas, this company would be one to return to and have another look at. However, with the present state of affairs regarding the use and possession of marijuana as well as marijuana products like CBD oils, I can’t recommend joining any program that promotes the sale of these products.
Flush with cash and looking for a toehold in the United States, Canadian marijuana companies are making big investments in hemp. Consider: Canopy Growth (NYSE: CGC), an Ontario marijuana producer that snagged an investment for 5 billion Canadian dollars ($3.8 billion) from a New York alcohol company, recently announced it is entering the U.S. hemp market. HempWorx CBD products are made with Certified Organic Hemp grown in Kentucky and are 100% free of any synthetic or artificial ingredients. We have 80% purity levels whereas our competitors have 15-40%. Everything is tested in an FDA Approved facility and our products contain less than .03% THC. We also carry a THC Free CBD Oil for those who have to pass a drug test for their job. Our farms are 100% compliant and our products meet the Federal Legal Limit.

Hemp, a non-intoxicating form of the plant Cannabis sativa (L.), was outlawed in the U.S. in 1937 when Congress passed the Marihuana Tax Act. Although most states have legalized hemp in some form since, the federal prohibition meant interstate commerce involving the plant and its derivative products remained illegal. Jenelle Kim, co-founder and lead formulator of hemp product manufacturer JBK Wellness Labs, said the prohibition overshadowed thousands of years of hemp usage in human culture. Should any legal disputes arise between a distributor and the company, proceedings shall take place in Dallas, Texas, where the matter will be resolved by “mandatory, final, binding, nonappealable arbitration.” However, if the distributor wins, it won’t be a great victory as damages are “limited to the amount of products [he or she] has purchased from the company that are in resalable condition.”

In terms of price, Hempworx is actually a tad bit cheaper than the majority of the leading CBD oil brands in the U.S. As we went over in the Hempworx product reviews, their 500 mg (15 mL) oil sells for $69, which is just a hair less than our favorite brands (we won’t mention any names in particular for fear of turning this into a “brand pitch,” but you can check out this article if you want to know which brand specifically we’re talking about).
