Again, this business opportunity claims to be an affiliate model, but as you can see from the prices above, the fact that you must recruit others to your “team,” and the fact that you must buy a product from the company before you can ever earn any money from them, it’s easy to see that this is in fact an MLM business model rather than an affiliate one.
HempWorx distributors have also emphasized “the power of recruiting” in order to be successful. But here’s the thing: If making money as a distributor depends more on a person’s ability to recruit others than sell product, the vast majority of distributors will inevitably fail. Moreover, a de-emphasis on product sales opens an MLM to criticism of operating a pyramid scheme.

Vape Pens – Perhaps the easiest way to get the CBD Oil into your body is through a vape pen. A vape pen is about the size of an ink pen but has a CBD oil cartridge with a heating element. Many people like vape pens because there is very little in the way of odor after using it and it allows for a lot of discretion because it can be pulled out of your pocket and used on demand.
To date the FDA has only approved one drug containing CBD and that was only after it was shown to meet rigorous scientific standards. Last November, the FDA shipped warning letters to four CBD companies for making unproven health claims. Last summer, Josh Zwagil warned distributors to avoid using words like “cures,” “prevents,” and “treats” in the marketing of HempWorx products because regulators like the FDA are keeping close watch, the Canadian Broadcasting Company reported. Clearly, that message was not received by all distributors. (See more on the legal issue in the last section of this article.)
Thanks Barbara, This is really helpful. Unfortunately, I have read another review that stated they hadn't been paid either and they had a difficult time getting support. The first red flag was that they state that CBD oil is legal in all states. It is not. Yikes on Trump support too. Although I have not seen any internet research to support that statement, it puts a sour taste in my mouth. Thanks!
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a cannabis compound that has been known for it’s significant medicinal benefits. Hempworx Oil does not make you “HIGH” it makes you healthy. This makes HempWorx the option of choice for many people seeking relief from a host of medical issues. Hemp CBD does not make you high…it makes you healthy! No psychoactivity or known side affects (since HempWorx CBD Oil contains virtually Zero THC 0.03%)

This is hemp oil which contains a full range of phytocannabinoids, including nearly 160 percent CBD content.  This became a point of confusion when we first examined the label but we have concluded the product likely does have the professed CBD content.  CBD and phytocannabinoid is used interchangeably because most of the phytocannabinoid is CBD with the other cannabinoids not comprising half a milligram for every 10 mg of CBD.
Pain is one of our body’s ways of letting us know that something is wrong. Women in particular often experience pelvic pain, or pain below the belly button and above the legs. This can be caused by a number of things, from cysts to digestive problems. Some women experience pelvic pain after giving birth. Others have a more serious medical condition that is causing the pain, such as endometriosis, which has no cure despite popular assumption.
So being a sufferer of Chronic pain I was led to Hempworx. And to be fair, it did help alliviate some pain, help with anxiety, heal cuts faster and aid in digestion issues. However, the zero thc is an out and out lie. When I went to the pain doctor I was told that I tested positive for marijuana an I haven’t touched it in 19 years! The first thing he asked was if I took cbd oil. Yes Hempworx and they claimed to be THC free. Well they lied. So now I get treated like I am breaking the law? Luckily they said no big deal, stop taking it. They led me to a prescription strength cbd oil. We will see the results

After joining HempWorx, I tested the products myself and I was pleasantly surprised. I bought the HempWorx CBD oil 500mg and the HempWorx pain rub and each has worked very well for my chronic back pain while also providing a calming effect which I like. Great results, but would these products work for my customers? Here’s an example - my very first customer bought the 750mg CBD oil for her arthritis pain. She had tried other products that had THC in them that did not work for her. After a week or so after she bought the CBD oil, I called her to get feedback on how it was going and she said she really didn’t notice a difference so I suggested that she take the oil topically on her pain areas rather than sublingually. A week later she was ecstatic because she was now getting relief from her arthritis pain and this was the only thing that was helping her. She reordered a few weeks later. So now I knew I could check off that main concern of whether the products were for real.
On the other hand, take extra care with products that list only the amount of total “cannabinoids” they contain, not specifically how much CBD is in them. Those cannabinoids could include not just CBD and THC but dozens of other related compounds. Companies may take that labeling approach because they hope it will attract less scrutiny from the Food and Drug Administration, Lee says.
For one, I live in a state where marijuana is not yet legal, so I was forced to buy it off the street (from friends most of the time), and buying it like that, you never really know what you are getting. You don’t know if you are getting an Indica or Sativa, what strain of plant you are smoking (White Widow, Sour Diesel, etc…), and you still pay an arm and a leg for small bags of it. Not to mention constantly being in fear that I might be pulled over with it on me and end up going to jail for possessing a plant (Ridiculous)!

Look for products that show how much CBD (or cannabidiol, its full name) you get not just in the whole bottle but in each dose, says Lee, from Project CBD. Dosages, which are expressed in milligrams, or mgs, vary considerably depending on the form of the product, and experts often suggest starting with products that have relatively low doses. For example, with tinctures, consider a product that has just 10 mg per dose, says Mitch Earleywine, Ph.D., a professor of psychology at the University at Albany, State University of New York. (Read more about the safe use of CBD.)
In terms of price, Hempworx is actually a tad bit cheaper than the majority of the leading CBD oil brands in the U.S. As we went over in the Hempworx product reviews, their 500 mg (15 mL) oil sells for $69, which is just a hair less than our favorite brands (we won’t mention any names in particular for fear of turning this into a “brand pitch,” but you can check out this article if you want to know which brand specifically we’re talking about).
