The man at the bottom always makes far less than the man at the top. The cool thing about MLM companies that carry products that work, and pay up to 85% like Hempworx, is the products sell themselves and I can climb to the top way faster than any other company like Target. McDonalds, Starbucks, Etc…..your business is only as great as the work or effort you put into it.

Yes. All our hemp crops are grown free of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides, so our quality starts with our hemp plants. From the time our hemp oil is harvested to the manufacturing and shipping of our products, we test our hemp oil multiple times to ensure accuracy in potency information and to check for contaminants like pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, and mold, as well as cannabinoid content. We also use a subcritical CO2 method when we extract our hemp oil, instead of harsh solvents. CO2 is a much healthier choice than other potential solvents and is “generally regarded as safe” (GRAS) by the FDA.

When I first started looking into this business opportunity, I noticed something that was very deceptive right out of the gate. On the business opportunity page, it claimed that you were signing up to be a HempWorx affiliate.  This would make you think that it’s an affiliate marketing business just like many of the others that I’ve talked about in numerous reviews here at Affiliate Resources.

Some research suggests that in some people, CBD may work better when it’s combined with at least a little THC, says Martin Lee, director of Project CBD, an advocacy group that supports CBD research and the author of "Smoke Signals: A Social History of Marijuana—Medical, Recreational, and Scientific" (Scribner, 2012). This is called the “entourage effect,” Lee says, the idea that the sum of the two chemicals, plus other related compounds in the plant, is greater than their individual parts.
Certainly, there is no shortage of opportunities to commercialize hemp. But until hemp is treated as an industrial crop that can grow freely, businesses won’t thrive. Many states have already taken steps to legalize and jump-start their local hemp economies, but the industry won’t scale until the federal government passes legislation that protects farmers and entrepreneurs from archaic and nonsensical narcotics regulations. Until then, this is a great time for entrepreneurs to start planting the seeds of their hemp ventures.
Finding a CBD product that’s more than 0.3 percent THC could be tougher. For one thing, you’ll have to be in a state that has legalized marijuana, not just CBD. You’ll also need to go to a state-licensed dispensary to buy it and, in the 20 states that have legalized just the medical use of marijuana, you’ll also have to get a recommendation from a physician. In states that have legalized medical and recreational use—Alaska, California, Colorado, Oregon, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Washington—you don’t need to see a doctor first, but you do need to be over 21. (Maine and Vermont have legalized marijuana for recreational use but have yet to open recreational dispensaries.)
Federal law first loosened in 2004 when the Hemp Industries Association challenged the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) on a proposed rule that would have prohibited the import of hemp seed and oils for processing and manufacturing in the U.S. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals struck down the DEA rule, allowing manufacturers to continue importing hemp for the creation of finished products like hemp-based foods, beverages and topicals. Although the decision allowed many product manufacturers to continue operating their businesses, the domestic cultivation and harvest of hemp remained prohibited. It wouldn't be the last time the Hemp Industries Association pushed back against the DEA.
In 1937, federal prohibition of cannabis as we know it today began with the Marihuana Tax Act. Some believe that the anti-cannabis campaign was a joint effort by Andrew Mellon, William Randolph Hearst and Pierre Du Pont to protect their business interests in petrochemicals, paper, cotton and nylon, all of which faced serious competition from hemp alternatives. Others believe that the crusade against cannabis was fueled by racism and the desire to demonize Mexican immigrants. In either case, the plant should never have been outlawed.
While distributors have proclaimed HempWorx’s cannabis products as “legal in all 50 states,” and Josh Zwagil has said that it’s “100 percent legal” to ship them across state lines (more on this in the next section), the contract advises that distributors nevertheless “consult with an attorney regarding the extent of their personal legal liability with respect to their independent businesses,” noting that “laws differ according to jurisdiction.”
Flush with cash and looking for a toehold in the United States, Canadian marijuana companies are making big investments in hemp. Consider: Canopy Growth (NYSE: CGC), an Ontario marijuana producer that snagged an investment for 5 billion Canadian dollars ($3.8 billion) from a New York alcohol company, recently announced it is entering the U.S. hemp market. I started taking CBD three months ago...I was skeptical in the beginning like most; I learned about CBD from a support group I was in for parents with children with ADHD, Autism and other child brain development issues. So I started researching more about it, everything I read was incredibly possitive but almost too good to be true....Then I started researching brands and companies and I stumbled upon HempWorx because I was scrolling through PB and saw a post from a friend who was using it and I was blown away by her testimonial. So I made the leap, 30 days to try it and get a full refund... why the heck not!! Long story short, after two weeks my 10 year old son started to show us it was working!! We decided one weekend to use all CBD and we were in utter shock! He was less impulsive, eating three meals a day and he said he just felt more like him self... meaning the medicine wasn’t making him feel like he was in a trance :)

Our 7 year old daughter has ADD. She had not been doing well in school. She was failing reading and her teacher told us there was a chance she could fail the 2nd grade. She wasn‘t failing because she wasn't trying. but because she couldn't focus to comprehend what the story or topic was about. We spent endless hours with her at home doing homework where she would have breakdown after breakdown because she was so frustrated and she thought she was stupid. We were frustrated for her. We got her a tutor twice a week and it helped a little. So that's when a friend of ours told us about Hempworx CBD oil.
CBD is considered to be undetectable in saliva or urine tests, though there remains a rare instance that the small trace amounts of THC may be detected. All of our products comply with all regulations regarding minimal THC content, and our full-spectrum hemp oil contains less than .03% of THC by volume, as required by law. However, we recommend you check with your employer.

3. Is the CBD oil sold by Hempworx a bad product? No. To their credit, Hempworx does post third party lab reports posted on its website. Third party lab reports are the only way to really know what’s in the product you are buying. The Hempworx lab reports clearly show the amount of CBD and other cannabinoids including trace amounts of THC in the Hempworx CBD oil tincture. By all accounts, Hempworx CBD oil is of reasonably good quality. However, it’s worth noting that their posted lab reports do not show results of heavy metal, pesticide and residual solvents testing. The omission of these test results is concerning.
Hemp Business Journal has also reviewed sales of clothing, auto parts, building materials and various other products, and estimates the total retail value of hemp products sold in the U.S. in 2017 to be at least $820 million, including hemp foods (17%); personal care products (22%); textiles (13%); supplements (5%); hemp derived cannabidiol or CBD products (23%), consumer textiles (13%); industrial applications (18%); and other products such as paper and building materials accounted for the remaining 2% of the market.
For those unfamiliar with the status of hemp these days, Dolgin supplies the 30-second download: “In the ’70s it got caught up with marijuana in the anti-drug laws. It stayed that way for several decades, until the tobacco industry hit rock bottom and states like Virginia realized they need a new crop for farmers. In 2014 the passage of the U.S. Farm Bill allowed states to conduct hemp pilot programs. You could grow hemp if you were certified and licensed.” Because of the government work Dolgin had done, he was able to work closely with state senators and Governor Andrew Cuomo’s office to pass a series of bills that allowed JD Farms to grow hemp. The industry is currently a $688 million business in the U.S.
Hempworx sources only organic, pesticide-free, raw materials to make all their products including their CBD oil.  Hempworx also uses a Subcritical CO2 extraction for all our wholesale CBD Oil. This technique allows for the purest form of CBD oil. Once the hemp is harvested, a fresh lot drying method is used to prevent bacteria and mold growth. Most CBD farms do not use a fresh lot drying method, most simply seal the hemp in bags that end up on shelves to conserve the integrity of the plant. The problem is this method creates a loss of potency and phytochemicals.
So I went about doing my own due diligence on each of these 7 concerns and here’s what I learned: I learned about the products and that they were advertised as very high quality - organic, non-gmo, made with hemp grown in Kentucky USA and came with a 30 day empty bottle guarantee. So far so good. Then I looked for HempWorx Reviews for people that have tried the product so I could see direct feedback. I was frankly astounded by how many positive reviews there were for people getting serious results from anything from chronic pain, anxiety, diabetes, poor sleep and more. But were these reviews legit? Well, they were all from Facebook where there is an actual photo of the reviewer and an unsolicited post in their own words. So, as far as testimonials go, it is probably as solid as it gets because the reviewer can be contacted directly to confirm the results. I ended up compiling my own group of HempWorx reviews from Facebook users and posted them on 5 separate pages -here is one of those pages you can view at CBD Oil for Pain.
We include this review merely to note that at least one other person wonders their cbd hemp oil is even cbd oil, or if it is merely hemp oil.  This is not clear on the labeling, but after digging up information and doing some calculations, I believe the product may in fact contain therapeutic levels of CBD.  Most likely, they failed to clearly demonstrate this because they are worried about selling to marketers, not to customers, and that could lead to supply issues for the consumer.  Some MLM products, you can’t even get without becoming an affiliate.

I did like the products at first. After 3 months the product seemed to stop working. There always seems to be shipping issues. Don't get me started on how annoying the representatives that sell this are or the company itself with their numerous emails sent on a daily basis. They seem to care more about getting people to sell their product then to use their product. I would not recommend.
