Topicals – Topicals are typically salves or creams that have been infused with cannabis or hemp oil. This allows for easy use to treat problem areas. Many senior citizens use topicals for arthritis or other auto-immune disorders however because of restrictions imposed by various agencies we are not allowed to say whether this is an effective treatment or now. However, a quick Google search will help you find what you are looking for in terms of effectiveness.
Senator Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s bill to legalize hemp continues to build momentum, attracting additional co-sponsors from both sides of the aisle after being fast-tracked to the Senate floor. The latest twist: The Republican from Kentucky now plans to attach the language of his legislation to the 2018 Farm Bill, which might improve the measure’s […]
"[Legalization] is paving the way for a massive expansion to both the agricultural industries and a spectrum of industries in America," Beckerman said. "[It opens] ancillary service providers from every industry like banking, insurance, finance, merchant processing and packaging labeling distribution. And we're talking about improving products by blending in the superior properties of hemp."
Hemp, the plant, is traditionally known for its use in textiles and ropes. That’s because of its strength: After about three weeks of growth, a hemp stalk will be so sturdy it’s almost impossible to break, because the fibers are so long and strong. But for culinary products, it’s the seeds that are all-important. After they’re pressed to produce oil, the resulting byproduct can be processed into a flour from which products like pasta can be created. JD Farms has also started cultivating young hemp leaves into salad mixes.
CBD is one of over 60 compounds found in cannabis that belong to a class of ingredients called cannabinoids. Until recently, THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) was getting most of the attention because it’s the ingredient in cannabis that produces mind-altering effects in users, but CBD is also present in high concentrations — and the medical world is realizing that its list of medical benefits continues to grow.
3. Is the CBD oil sold by Hempworx a bad product? No. To their credit, Hempworx does post third party lab reports posted on its website. Third party lab reports are the only way to really know what’s in the product you are buying. The Hempworx lab reports clearly show the amount of CBD and other cannabinoids including trace amounts of THC in the Hempworx CBD oil tincture. By all accounts, Hempworx CBD oil is of reasonably good quality. However, it’s worth noting that their posted lab reports do not show results of heavy metal, pesticide and residual solvents testing. The omission of these test results is concerning.

I bought the 500 mg bottle from reps Paul and Tara. They said it was the best thing since sliced bread and that it was perfectly legal. So I started taking it daily. But saw no results. I told Tara that it is was not working. Upon her recommendation, I then bought stronger 750 mg. Still nothing. I was told to keep taking it. It will work eventually.
The price of the 500mg bottle of Hempworx CBD oil is $69 plus shipping. That’s $0.14 per milligram of CBD before shipping cost. The 750mg bottle is $89 plus shipping or $0.12 per milligram of CBD. By MLM standards, that price per milligram is not outrageous. But it’s still significantly higher in price than comparable CBD oil products from reputable companies like Lazarus Naturals, cbdMD, CBDistillery and others. Hempworx boasts in this YouTube video that they pay huge commissions (up to 85% of revenue) to their affiliates. That means that up to 85% of the price that people pay is being paid in commissions to the selling affiliate and their “upline” network of other Hempworx affiliates. The video also promises the potential for affiliates to earn iPads, flatscreen TVs, luxury vacations, cruises, diamond watches, $100,000 cash bonuses and even new cars.

This kind of commission plan can lead some affiliates of Hempworx to engage in dishonest behavior as one might imagine, to create sales and earn greater rewards. The examples of bad behavior start from violent, forceful sales tactics to making absolute false statements. Some reports are also of Hempworx affiliates pushing people into registering for the auto-ship option. Products are automatically shipped out monthly to the consumer with auto-ship. It earns affiliates even greater rewards.

The $600 million-plus hemp industry is poised for massive growth across the U.S. as more states legalize cultivation of the plant, promising to create scores of new business opportunities and jobs in the coming years. The market for hemp-based CBD products in particular is booming, which has helped bring established medical marijuana companies into the fold.
So for CBD products from hemp, check labels to see whether they say where it was grown, and look especially for those from Colorado. Not all products, however, include that information. So in a dispensary or a retail store, ask the staff whether they know where the hemp was grown. And for products purchased online, check the companies' website to see whether it has that information, or contact the seller to ask the same question.

Please note: Our CBD is 100% legal in all 50 states. Under the 2014 Farm Bill, CBD derived from hemp seed oil that has less than .03% THC by dry weight is ideal. Our products comply within these guidelines and is considered to be undetectable in saliva or urine tests, although there can be a rare instance that the small trace of THC builds up in the body over time and may be detected. Due to high demand and for people in High Risk Professional positions, Hempworx brought forth the THC FREE oils in May 2018!

That pretty much describes the status of an entire industry--the makers of products containing cannabidiol, or CBD. The compound, added to everything from skin cream to ice cream, can be derived from hemp or marijuana and has been touted as a treatment for ailments ranging from anxiety to cancer. The catch: "It's still in a legal gray area," says Bethany Gomez, director of research for Brightfield Group, which studies the cannabis and CBD industries.
By "a few drops a day" what do you mean? It says to "start at" 5 drops and work up to 15, if needed. I hate to talk negative about a product that I have yet to try so don't take it that way. However, 5-15 drops is a huge range and then 2X a day.....that bottle will empty pretty fast. Again, what is "a few drops a day" and how often are you taking a few drops? Thanks for your reply
They allege you can earn up to seven figures per month depending on your rank. But if you look on page 12 of their terms and conditions, they say that any amounts reflected on their website is for demonstration purposes only and does not mean anything in terms of earning commissions. Seems like they are throwing these huge numbers around to try and get you to join.

There are other, unexpected, costs. Green Roads lost four banks when their risk-management teams decided that Green Roads wasn't a business they wanted to be supporting. The company's Instagram account has likewise been shut down four times, because of legal restrictions on marketing CBD products. Instead of paying standard credit card processing fees of less than 3 percent, Green Roads pays closer to 6 percent.

The next concern to address - how is the compensation plan and how does it compare to others? After researching several CBD affiliate programs, it became clear that the HempWorx affiliate program had by far the most lucrative program and you can view details here - My Daily Choice Compensation Plan - as you will see there are 8 different ways you are compensated and the opportunity in my opinion is fair and generous if you are willing to work at it and advance in rank as your sales volume increases.

In terms of price, Hempworx is actually a tad bit cheaper than the majority of the leading CBD oil brands in the U.S. As we went over in the Hempworx product reviews, their 500 mg (15 mL) oil sells for $69, which is just a hair less than our favorite brands (we won’t mention any names in particular for fear of turning this into a “brand pitch,” but you can check out this article if you want to know which brand specifically we’re talking about).
