So for CBD products from hemp, check labels to see whether they say where it was grown, and look especially for those from Colorado. Not all products, however, include that information. So in a dispensary or a retail store, ask the staff whether they know where the hemp was grown. And for products purchased online, check the companies' website to see whether it has that information, or contact the seller to ask the same question.
5) Support – Starting and running any business can be very challenging and support in your efforts can be invaluable to help you get going, develop and implement a marketing plan and stay motivated and consistent. With other cannabis businesses you have to develop that support team with a great deal of time, thought and effort. When you become a HempWorx affiliate, you have a support team already set up for you from Day 1 – a customer service team that takes your orders and ships your product to your customers while also handling customer service after the sale as well. You also get your own success coach (Ken Higgins) that is with you in business every step of the way.

If those 20 people went out and recruited new people and these people went out and recruited more people, as you can see the jump start bonuses add up very quickly.
4. Is Hempworx CBD oil the “world’s purest CBD oil” or the “best CBD oil on the market?” No. This is a claim that we often hear made by brand ambassadors selling Hempworx. Some of them also criticize the ingredients of other brands and claim they are inferior to Hempworx. In reality, there is no evidence we’ve seen that supports these claims. Hempworx is not fundamentally different in any way from most of the other products on the market. Claims to the contrary are just hype to manipulate uneducated consumers to buy Hempworx so they make their commission.
Generally, CBD oil is made by combining an extract with a carrier fluid or oil. This question is best answered by looking at how the CBD oil was extracted. CBD oil can be extracted using CO2 systems or by using chemical solvents. Both methods produce a CBD oil byproduct that is then combined with a fluid like MCT oil, coconut oil, or olive oil so that it can be delivered to the body. Always check to make sure you know the CBD content of the products you purchase.
They allege you can earn up to seven figures per month depending on your rank. But if you look on page 12 of their terms and conditions, they say that any amounts reflected on their website is for demonstration purposes only and does not mean anything in terms of earning commissions. Seems like they are throwing these huge numbers around to try and get you to join.
While distributors have proclaimed HempWorx’s cannabis products as “legal in all 50 states,” and Josh Zwagil has said that it’s “100 percent legal” to ship them across state lines (more on this in the next section), the contract advises that distributors nevertheless “consult with an attorney regarding the extent of their personal legal liability with respect to their independent businesses,” noting that “laws differ according to jurisdiction.”
While hemp might seem like a new phenomenon, its history dates back to the 1600s when growing hemp was encouraged for use in sails, ropes and clothing. However, in the 1900s, hemp was frowned upon by the government: in 1937, the Marijuana Tax Act banned hemp and marijuana cultivation. Yet, it wasn’t before long that industries realized the crop's benefits: In the 1940s, the government launched its “Hemp for Victory” program encouraging farmers to grow hemp to contribute to the war efforts and to be used in ropes, parachutes and other necessities. However, after the war, the laws went back to banning hemp. But in 2014 the U.S. Farm Bill was passed, allowing people to cultivate hemp as long as they registered and received a license.
Hemp Business Journal has also reviewed sales of clothing, auto parts, building materials and various other products, and estimates the total retail value of hemp products sold in the U.S. in 2017 to be at least $820 million, including hemp foods (17%); personal care products (22%); textiles (13%); supplements (5%); hemp derived cannabidiol or CBD products (23%), consumer textiles (13%); industrial applications (18%); and other products such as paper and building materials accounted for the remaining 2% of the market.
As a dorky kid, I spent many a Saturday at the Bloomington, Ind., public library, scouring Consumer Reports back issues for great deals. Now, as a (much) bigger kid, that's still my job! Identifying products and services, especially in healthcare, that are safe, effective, and affordable—and highlighting those that aren't—is my top concern. Got a tip? There was another reason hemp appealed to the pair: its potential to be the next runaway hit food product, the next kale. “Mark and I both live pretty healthy, active lifestyles,” remarks Dolgin. “We both knew that hemp was on its way to becoming a superfood, in that category of flax and chia seeds. We saw a sustainable long-term play in that market.” Hemp flour products are high in protein (only soybeans have more), and hemp contains 20 amino acids, including nine that the body doesn’t produce. Among its reputed health benefits: immune-system booster, weight suppressant (because it’s high in fiber), and an ability to lower blood pressure and cholesterol. It’s popular with vegetarians because it’s high in the fatty acids omega-3—found in good-for-you fish like salmon—and omega-6.
To summarize, we would say that HempWorx CBD oils are pretty standard in terms of effectiveness, and perhaps even a good value in terms of price compared to some of the more popular brands in the US. While they’re probably not the best we’ve ever had, they’re by no means the worst either. And of course, the company offers fast, reliable shipping to all 50 U.S. states.
