Thanks Barbara, This is really helpful. Unfortunately, I have read another review that stated they hadn't been paid either and they had a difficult time getting support. The first red flag was that they state that CBD oil is legal in all states. It is not. Yikes on Trump support too. Although I have not seen any internet research to support that statement, it puts a sour taste in my mouth. Thanks!

Hempworx oil literally changed our lives. After me using it for 23 days my husband commented on how calmer I seemed, how I was sleeping hard at night, and I noticed how I had 0 night sweats, hot flashes, or migraines. We then gave it to our daughter who is officially off of Ritalin! She is happier and healthier. Webused to go to the doctor twice a month for weigh ins or because she was sick. Her epic meltdowns used to be 2-4 a week. Since using this oil. We’ve been to the doctor 2 times! Her meltdowns have only happened twice!!!

In June 2018, the U.S. Senate passed its 2018 Farm Bill and in December 2018, President Trump signed the bill into law to make hemp legal for the first time since the 1930s. The bill removes hemp from the Controlled Substances Act, effectively legalizing the plant federally and allowing it to be grown, processed, and sold as an agricultural commodity. Individual states will be authorized to draft their own regulations governing hemp cultivation.
But why is hemp illegal in the first place? After all, America was built on hemp, an industrial crop which contains tiny amounts of THC, the chemical compound in cannabis that produces psychoactive effects. Several Founding Fathers grew hemp. Cultivation of hemp was mandated by law in the Massachusetts, Virginia and Connecticut colonies. Beginning in 1631, hemp was legal tender for paying taxes in many of the American colonies and remained so for state taxes until the early 1800s.
Senator Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s bill to legalize hemp continues to build momentum, attracting additional co-sponsors from both sides of the aisle after being fast-tracked to the Senate floor. The latest twist: The Republican from Kentucky now plans to attach the language of his legislation to the 2018 Farm Bill, which might improve the measure’s […]
We include this review merely to note that at least one other person wonders their cbd hemp oil is even cbd oil, or if it is merely hemp oil.  This is not clear on the labeling, but after digging up information and doing some calculations, I believe the product may in fact contain therapeutic levels of CBD.  Most likely, they failed to clearly demonstrate this because they are worried about selling to marketers, not to customers, and that could lead to supply issues for the consumer.  Some MLM products, you can’t even get without becoming an affiliate.
Aqua, Allantoin, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf, Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, Cetearyl Glucoside, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Cetyl Alcohol, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Oil, Polea Europea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Caprylic Capric Triglyceride, Cannabis Sativa (Hemp Seed Oil), Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Butyrospermum Parkii, Stearyl Alcohol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Gluconolactone, Sodium Benzoate, Calcium Gluconate, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Phytocelltec Malus Domestica

The man at the bottom always makes far less than the man at the top. The cool thing about MLM companies that carry products that work, and pay up to 85% like Hempworx, is the products sell themselves and I can climb to the top way faster than any other company like Target. McDonalds, Starbucks, Etc…..your business is only as great as the work or effort you put into it.

Even worse, because CBD and related CBD products are considered a gray area in many US States, if marijuana is still illegal in your area, you could potentially lose your home, children and any other property associated with running that business. You could even potentially face jail time just like you could with marijuana if authorities wanted to really be technical about it.
Very confused why my bottle does not have a batch number on it so that i can look up the certificate of testing? the person who sold me it said i could check lab testing and i can’t. this is false advertising. doesn’t seem right. on further looking it is an MLM company which makes you think how much the product is really worth if you are paying all the people at different levels. you pay the person who sold it to you and the people above them in the triangle. would rather not. i’m in scotland and over here cbd is now available lots of places. the high street versions aren’t very good. but i don’t want to support an mlm like this so I keep looking. i was drawn in by someone on facebook selling so be aware and be careful!
